Excellent brunch venue
The coffee is well made, but a little thin and bitter. I didn't get to examine the beans. I'll head back for an espresso to get micro. The toast was lovely, and if the abundant chervil had tasted like chervil, we'd be talking 5* with all kinds of bullets. Not their fault.
Even having chervil is exciting in this stättle. The broccoli was seared, not charred? Small point, big difference in the flavour stakes. The avocado was good, which a local tells me is as rare as chervil. Fennel fronds aren't as pretty, but perhaps make the twist they're aiming for. The dressings could be more positive too.

Beautiful overpriced cafe
We passed by this shop yesterday when wandering around Hackescher Market and were attracted to the vibe and the loveliness of the space. We went to the shop this morning and ordered a latte and a cappuccino.
However, I think their special coffees were a bit overpriced. I wanted to try Yemen coffee but it was 20€s. So I went with flat white and iced latte. Both were quite tasty. We enjoyed our coffee and it was a good way to start a new day in Berlin. It was a lovely surrounding area here too if you want to have a look around.

2. Brandenburg Gate
Berlin’s symbol of reunification.
3. Berlin TV tower
Tallest building in Berlin.

Berlin, the vibrant capital of Germany, is a city steeped in history and brimming with cultural diversity. Known for its iconic landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate and the Berlin Wall, the city tells a powerful story of resilience and transformation. Transit in Style: A Boutique Stay at Moxy Berlin Airport
#boutiquehotels #100waysoftravel #berlin #Moxyberlin #germany
Our stay at Moxy Berlin Airport was a pleasant surprise. We initially chose it for its proximity to Berlin Brandenburg Airport, not expecting much. However, it turned out to be one of the best transit hotels we've experienced. The modern design, spacious room, and exceptional comfort ensured we had a great night's sleep. The lobby's unique decoration, featuring airplane models suspended from the ceiling and an impressive collection of vintage cameras and typewriters, added a cool and nostalgic vibe. The hotel also offers a bar, gym, and a cozy area for board games and relaxing. For the price, it exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely stay at this boutique hotel again for future transits through Berlin.

A Journey Through Contemporary Art in a Grand Space: Hamburger Bahnhof Museum.
Hamburger Bahnhof-Museum, named after the train station that once connected Berlin to Hamburg, is located near Berlin Central Station.
The former station building itself is spacious, and with the addition of the converted train sheds, the exhibition space exceeds 10,000 square meters. While the station hall was being prepared for the next exhibition, visitors can still enjoy a wide variety of contemporary art in other exhibitions and permanent collections.
It took me about three and a half hours to see everything, including a moment of panic when I thought I was done but discovered another exhibition space from outside and had to go back in. I recommend setting aside at least half a day to fully enjoy the museum.
The museum also features a café-restaurant with high ceilings and a sense of openness, and the outdoor terrace is very pleasant. The spaces inside and outside the museum are perfect for relaxing after viewing the art, allowing you to savor the experience.
This is a must-visit spot for art lovers, offering a grand scale and a rich variety of contemporary art.

Berlin is one of the city in Germany , as well as the capital. In the recent trip to Berlin, I felt really delightful and impressed of their architecture and the stunning view of those historical buildings. The first attraction is the Fernsehturm, which is one of the television tower and also an iconic landmark in Berlin. Furthermore, the Berlin cathedral is also a good place to explore around. It was built from 1894 to 1905. Moreover, it is convenient to take the metro to everywhere and I really recommend the S line which is the most convenient and easiest way to explore around the city.

The epitome of luxury and elegance, this hotel offers impeccable service, sumptuous rooms, and breathtaking views of Berlin. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, and its central location made exploring the city a breeze. A truly opulent experience.
They also give breakfast to platinum status and above, which is normally not provided at ritz carlton properties.

Resilience Unveiled: Reflections from the Berlin Wall
#timetotravel
Recently visited the Berlin Wall and was deeply moved by the cruel history it represents. It served as a stark reminder of the hardships endured by individuals during that time. However, what truly impressed me was the unwavering strength of the German nation. Through the reunification of East and West, they have demonstrated resilience and determination. Witnessing their progress since the fall of the wall is awe-inspiring. Germany's ability to overcome adversity and build a prosperous future is a testament to their spirit. #BerlinWall #Resilience #GermanNation #Inspiration #berlin

Berlin Cathedral
#summerbreak
While in Berlin, one of the top places to see was the Berlin Cathedral. I went mid afternoon and while the surrounding area was pretty busy, the cathedral itself wasn’t.
Entry is €10 and you can purchase the ticket from a small stall just to the left side of the cathedral entrance.
Once inside, the decor is stunning. Gold detail all around and peaceful.
You can take a walk up to the top of the dome, this is included in your ticket price but there are regular warnings as you enter that area to take care. You will also see signs on the way up counting how many steps you have left. It’s 267 steps in total, the staircases become narrow the further up you go.

Family-friendly aquarium of Berlin
Name📝: Sea Life of Berlin
Address 📍: Spandauer Str. 3, 10178 Berlin, Germany
Nearest metro station 🚉: Hackescher Market
Opening hours 🕰️ : 10:00-19:00 Monday to Sunday, but the last entrance time is 17:45
What is special ✨ Although most aquariums are similar (and this one as well), there are exhibits of fish and shrimps in this one that are quite special in species.
❗️although you can buy a ticket on the spot, it’s cheaper and safer (for securing a spot) to buy online in advance. If you buy a combo plan (for example Sea Life and Berlin Dungeon or with Madame Tussauds), you can save a lot.

Berlin city centre that appears on weather forecast
When you watch the global weather forecast, the TV programme often shows a certain place of a capital city - The Arch of Paris, Piccadilly Circus of London, and for Germany, the first picture shows where you see in Berlin.
It is nearest to the Alexanderplatz station on metro line U8. When there are major events of the city, it’s often in this area - festivals, local concerts, food fests, temporary theme parks… it’s a vibrant area where you can kill time easily!
