During my time there I explored many areas of the city including Myeongdong, Gangnam and Itaewon, but ultimately my favourite area was definitely Hongdae! This time, I chose the Hongdae branch for my pilgrimage. The store is located in the Hongdae business district, about a 10-minute walk from the exit of Hongik University Station. Because it is in the alley, be careful not to go too far when looking for it 😄 Arrive at the door early to queue up and take photos before the restaurant opens for dinner. The clerk will guide everyone to register and wait for a table first, so that you can go shopping after registration and then come back to eat without wasting time waiting in line. The restaurant is not big, and about 15-18 groups can sit in each round. I was lucky to get a seat in the first round. The menu is very simple, with various pork (a la carte or set menus), soups and drinks. I ordered a set menu + a la carte pork neck + soybean paste soup + beer. This restaurant is special in that the waiter will first grill the meat outside with charcoal fire and then bring it in to grill on the grill. Because of this, the food will be served relatively slowly. At the same time, in order to ensure that the grilled meat is of high quality, the waiter will serve you throughout the process and you don't have to grill it yourself. The grilled meat will be placed on the grill next to it, and you can eat it directly with the secret dipping sauce or sandwich it in lettuce with kimchi as a side dish. Either way, it's super delicious! ! I strongly recommend that if you want to eat barbecue, you can definitely try this place, but if you want to eat at other places, it is best to try them first before coming here, because after eating here, you may not be able to eat at other places 😆 Overall, the food quality, processing, and service attitude are all very good🙆🏻‍♂️ Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I found a place that makes Cuban sandwiches. I was happy to find a place that makes the sandwiches in Korea. It is located near exit 7 from Hongdae station. Afterwards, I headed to Sulbing near exit 9. It was packed and filled with people. It was a Sunday evening so I would not expect anything different. The dessert was great. It hit the spot. Situated on the outskirt of Hongdae is Cafe de Rabbit. It is located near exit 3. They have rabbit shaped snacks, alcohol, coffee and fresca. It is four floors. They have a outdoor terrance to enjoy while relaxing. It is far enough that you are not in the middle of the nightlife. #seoul Hongdae shopping street has very lively atmosphere. It was quite crowded, filled with both Koreans and foreigners. You can do many things there, shopping, strolling, trying some food, or even watching performances as there are a lot of street musicians and dancers there. For me, it is one of the best places for shopping and eating. The street is very long with different vibes during the day and at night. Great atmosphere! Many shops and styles available for everyone with reasonable price and tax refund available in some stores. You’ll need to spend a couple hours exploring the shops and alleyways as there are some nice hidden gems around the place. It’s great for affordable shopping and for food & beverage. Probably the hottest place is Seoul in terms of nightlife. Clubs, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, everything in one place. The streets are filled with young people from all over the world, students or tourists. Very touristic and lots of energy! You will see a lot of talented music performers. Many amenities are reusable, i.e. rubber slippers instead of disposable bedroom slippers. 4 adults stayed in the room and it was rather cramped. Highlights - There’s blue bottle coffee pop up at the lobby! Really close to Hongdae shopping. Getting there - 4 minutes walk from Hongik University Station Exit 9. Seoul is known for their quirky cafes and Thanks Nature Cafe is one of them! Stop by for a delicious milkshake, coffee or tea and the best waffles! I had a chocolate mint milkshake with a banana chocolate waffle. Once you’ve enjoyed your snack, you can head out to the sheep pen and meet the famous duo. They seemed to be in a bad mood the day we were there, butting heads. They were scolded by their “father” and soon were eating happily next to each other again 😂 It’s about a 10 min walk from Hongdae station and quite easily found from the street.
