If you're looking for a peaceful cafe to do work or catch up with friends, visit Antea Social. I love the name of the cafe's play on words! As stated in the name, Antea Social is a cafe specializing in tea. The tea house is located at Jalan Besar area with a bit of a walk from the MRT stations. The area is quiet and away from the city noise. I loved the atmosphere of the cafe. It's dimply lit and people are mindful of their voices. I enjoyed the simple yet effective decor in building a relaxing atmosphere to accompany your tea experience. I ordered the iced kyoho grape oolong and speculoos cheesecake. I liked my orders. The aroma of the grape is strong and the cheescake went well with my tea. My only regret is not ordering a hot tea as they will let you choose the teacup you want to go with your drinks.

Great Tea selection
Walking into Café de Beau feels like stepping into a time machine, with its tastefully decorated vintage interiors and nostalgic ambiance. The attention to detail in creating a retro-inspired environment is truly commendable, as every corner of the café exudes a sense of whimsical charm. Boasting a charming retro environment.
This delightful café offers a unique fusion of aromatic teas and delectable cakes that are sure to leave you craving for more. Luckily we came when it was a relatively quiet time during the day. It seems like they run out of the tarts quickly, as they only had two left when we arrived. Also wholeheartedly recommend the teas - they are a bit pricey but worth it if you're a tea lover.

Bets Tea experience
While i knew that thailand has a strong fascination for Japanese and in the last decade or so Korean culture. I didn't expect such passion and dediction towards matcha and japanese tea in Phuket. Ryn has a good variety of high quality green tea to choose from and now also serves some coffee to service those who do not drink tea just to balance out the customers who come in groups.
The desserts are also good and their new added menu is gelato: green tea, hojicha and genmaicha. This was amongst the largest of tea varieties offered on the menu. The barista was patient to explain their various offerings. The place is small but not too crowded. If you are in Phuket and tea is anywhere on your list of interests, then a visit to Ryn will be very satisfying.

Oh my god, the pink vibe is so captivating. The shop also decorated 2 rooms for girls to freely take virtual photos, meticulous to the smallest details. Since I learned to enjoy tea, I have not been able to drink anywhere else, but whenever it gets cold, I think of Five's pretty teapot. The shop still lets customers choose their favorite teapot on that shelf. There are also individual teas and cakes.

THE LANES CAFE TEA ROOM
A new British tea and cake shop opened right on Ho Xuan Huong street. The front of the shop is lovely with dark blue tones. In addition, the shop has a small set of tables and chairs right in front of the front so people can sit and watch the street while enjoying a small afternoon tea. The space inside is small with two floors. Personally, I find the folding tables and chairs a bit sparse, but overall I still find the space quite cozy and suitable for sitting with friends. The restaurant is small, not many seats, and if it's crowded on a busy day, it can be quite noisy. The decor is neat, the space smells of candles and essential oils
I ordered a Latte and a Burnt Cheese Cake and found it suitable and delicious. Because it is a tea and cake shop, there are many different types of cakes and especially Scones - I will definitely try Scones here next time I come back. We had such a splendin garden themed afternoon tea at Oasis Bar and Restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. The whole atmosphere and ambiance was beautifully decorated with vines, leaves, flowers and butterflies. The seating was comfortable and great for friends to gather and have tea together. They even had swinging chairs for great photo ops. The set consisted of both sweet and savory, the sweets were decadently tasty and savories deliciously palatable. I enjoyed having coffee which paired well with the sweets. The service was also spot on, friendly and efficient. Nice spot to meet friends👍

↗️It is just over an hour of climbing stairs until you get to the first stop Zhenji Temple 🏯(see area map pic). there is a shop, ensure to stock up on water here 🥤. From here, you can head to Shifeng Peak, on your way you will meet the most amazing views of the city, you WON'T BELIEVE😱 you are looking at the same city as you turn your head🏙🙃🏞.
Once you reach this point you can head down to visit Longjing village 🍃☕️ its 30 minutes walking down the mountain, then 1h walking back up↗️ to head to the exit. There is alternative transport out of the village though 😊👍

The Grand Hotel Nuwara Eliya is one of the historic hotels in Sri Lanka established in 1891. Its predecessor was originally a holiday home built in 1828 by Sir Edward Barn, the fifth governor of Ceylon. The hotel was since visited by many notable people including Queen Elizabeth.
There are 10 restaurants in the Grand Hotel. We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Grand Tea Lounge facing the beautiful patio in front of the hotel. The tea lounge serves the best Ceylon teas, together with a delightful array of cakes, scones and savories. Diners can order high tea sets and also ala carte western cuisines. The prices of the high tea sets are a bit steep (minimum 5000 Lkr for a set) but it's definitely worthwhile paying for the ambience and the quality of food.

Decided to come and check out this high tea set due to the ongoing 1-1 UOB promotion and it was great! I highly recommend the tea or coffee over their other in house drinks. I loved their rose tea and geisha blossom tea the best. The food has already cooled when it got to us but for only $25, you get quite an assortment of pastries. I recommend you alternate between the sweets and the savories to taste the individual entrées better. My favorite was either the Nordic smoked salmon, avocado relish, Hokkaido born blinis or the hickory balsamic BBQ pulled pork brioche or the Portuguese egg tart! The ambience is great for chats and the service is attentive. The aircon was also cold enough for this warm summer April period even when you sit near the windows.
