Miss Bee was one of the best finds in Bandung. Very relaxing ambiance amid the greens, the garden, and they have quite good playgrounds for kids as well. The morning situation here is so good. The food and the coffee are really well done, couldn't fault it. And the service is absolutely top notch from the security to the waiters. We're served by Fajri today and he's super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back and I recommend everyone to visit Miss Bee. Ambience is cozy and greeny for so many trees around. This was during the beginning of my trip. The setrasari mall is located quite near my guesthouse. I was in need of a decent place to work for a while so headed to the mall assuming there would be a nice coffee shop. Stumbled upon the kana cafe. The menu was mostly western. Wifi seemed steady. So I hung out a couple of hours for two days in a row. The staff is friendly and it worked out quite well. Tried their food items over lunch and ocassional snack over coffee. This was amongst the nicest of places I visited in bandung. I dropped by twice. While both times I came in with some work. It has a good wifi and is very spacious with variety of seating options. I did notice a lot of regulars and how good the food looked. So another rltime I had a lunch here. A rice based dish on the staff's recommendation. It was superb. Also dried the dessert and smoothie options. And was adventurous enough to get the pandan coffee as well. Takes a while to grow on your. I spent a couple of hours at the Noah's barn with some online work. I couldn't help but notice how big the space was with variety of seatings from indoor to outdoor. It's actually a very good place from the working perspective. Not too noisy and not too crowded. Good wifi and comfortable seats During those three hours I spent there, the staff was very friendly and didn't rush me. I was also told about the cafe and live music on Tuesdays and Saturdays. For food I got their pizza on the staff's recommendation. It's a differnt kind of pizza in Indonesia but likeable. I had a dessert and some black coffee. It was all decent. Jardin cafe is one of my favourite spots in Bandung. There is no overdoing the interiors here. It's a specious setup with lot of greenery and well spread settings. Simply put, beautiful and green, especially the top floor where I would hang out. I have done work here, breakfast, desserts and mostly lazy afternoons trying their drinks. The price is reasonable. I have never paid above 100k even when I have had mains and drinks or breakfast. The wifi was steady to serve work purposes. They serve a wide variety of food: Indonesian, Asian, Western and various drinks are refreshing, making it even better. By the time I arrived in bandung, I had a but of a backlog of work. I needed a comfortable place where I could work a couple of hours. I had visited Sydwic with an Indonesian friend for some Pizza. So I remembered the place and its outdoor seating. I thought I would try. I spent 3 days in a row working from here during the afternoons. It was mostly not too crowded. I tried different dishes on staff's recommendation for lunch, I took my coffee breaks and lounge around the place. It worked out decently well except for a few hiccups in the wifi. It's a nice spot with decent prices. While there is a smoking and non smoking section. Sometimes I had the smell of ciggarates all around even in the non smoking area. We had been roaming around bandung on the bike that's when we saw a a name board with pictured of the sierra cafe and lunch time offers. Looked it up on the map and it wasn't too far. This was Friday afternoon, perhaps prayer time because no many customers here. But that worked out very well for us. The seating upstairs is lovely offering a nice wide view. For lunch we had an Indonesian chicken dish and a medium done aussie beef steak. Both the dishes were nice. Then we spent some time having drinks and strawberry egg tart for dessert. I had seen Sejiwa before when I met with a friend here. So it stayed in my mind. The coffee was decent. This one time I had to get some work done and needed a space for a few hours. So I came by but this was a different day and different time. I started with the level one which is air-conditioned and comfortable. I thought the music was too loud and lot more people in the ac section. So as I finished my smoothie bowl I went upstairs which was fairly empty and apparently meant for smokers. It took just one group of men to completely fill the upstair air with ciggatrate smoke. So I decided to come back down. Somehow got through two hours of work. I was looking for a place to get some work done. Someone at the hostel recommended me this place which was not too far. It turned out to be very spacious and comfortable. The wifi was steady. I ordered a cold coffee and worked for over an hour before having lunch here. In terms of foodnthe staff recommended me a sambal rice bowl which was toned down to suit my spice preferences. I ordered some ice tea to go with it. After this good experience I visited them second time purely for hangout and drinks. That day they had live music and more people. The drinks were fine too. Braga was a refreshing change from the usual modern styled cafe's. They all start to look the same after a while. But this cafe's appearance was what got me curious. It is located on the famous Braga street which as a tourist you are most likely going to explore. The place has two levels and interiors are traditional with Javanese elements. When we visited for dinner, we checked the second level too. It looked appealing but also there were people smoking and some Shisha. So we figured elsewhere would be better to sit. The food was okay, I couldn't compare it with anything. I Mena I prefer my Nani goreng on the streets but this was nasi goreng Sunda and it tastes alright. My friend ordered a beef dish. I visited la camera twice during my bandung stay. Once in the day time for lunch. Another time with some local friend in the evening for drinks and live music. After a somewhat average experience with food at the lunch hour I didn't think much about the place. But I'm the evenings with a different vibe and with us mostly limited to drinks and dessert. It felt nicer. Takes a while for some places to grow on you. It's okay in terms of price. Spacious property showing signs of worn out in some corners. Gets a nice crowd in the evenings and local performers. Something I didn't like is usually they smoke a lot in Indonesia since alcohol is not acceptable in the religion. There are very few things you wont like about Bandung. I can only think of traffic. So I tend to pick bandung often when I'm headed to Indonesia. It offers a great places to relax with those day trips to amazing nature spots, while having the comfort of a city and all that comes with it. So I was recommended One eighty by some of the travellers at my hostel. I decided to go there with two of my friends. It's a nice spacious set up. I prefer the outdoor seating with good light. The indoor has thus darkish feel to it. Anyhow they have some tables laid out where you can sit with your feet dipped in water. I was looking forward to that but it wasn't functional the day we visited. Tried their lemon mint tea kettle, the staff recommended fried platter for nibbling, fruit juice and coffee.
