London | The must try brunch in the Michelin Starred restaurant
Hide’s breakfast has always been a great choice. Recently, the weather in London has been lovely, so I met up with some friends to have breakfast!
Scorched Banana and Pecan Croissant
I didn’t see this last time I came, but I didn’t expect it to be so delicious. The banana filling inside isn’t the mushy banana texture, but instead very refreshing and not greasy, with a strong milky flavor.
French Toast
The French toast is especially soft, and the jam on top is very tasty. The jam also contains fruit, making it sweet!
Truffled Eggs
I always get these black truffle eggs when I come here. This time, they were very generous with the truffle, and the eggs were cooked to perfection, very fragrant.
Croque Monsieur & Fried Egg
This is the first time I’ve ordered this, and I was pleasantly surprised. There’s a lot of cheese, and when you cut it, it’s a bit hard to slice through. The fried egg on top has a runny yolk, and combining the egg with the bread is delicious.
Granola
I always enjoy the yogurt bowls here. The granola is fragrant, and the berries on top are coated with a layer of sauce, which is sweet without being overpowering and very appetizing.
Seasonal Fruits
There’s a great variety of fruits, including blackberries, pineapple, yellow peaches, and more. They’re sweet and tangy, just perfect.
The coffee and tea are standard.
💰Average cost: £40-50
