Tokyo Asakusa Pub) KIKYOU (KIKYO) - A local izakaya near Sensoji that stays open late.
Kikyo is an izakaya located near Sensoji in Asakusa, Tokyo. It is one of the izakayas in the area that stays open the latest, operating until 2 AM. The atmosphere has a nostalgic feel, with a warm and friendly vibe. The owner and staff are very kind, and the food is delicious. It's a great place for solo drinking, and they offer a wide variety of drinks. Personally, I highly recommend the grilled oysters with butter. If you have a favorite sake, they can recommend something similar, making it a great place to enjoy sake. I highly recommend this izakaya in Asakusa.

Iroha Sushi - A 100-Year-Old Sushi Restaurant in Sakaiminato
Located in Sakaiminato, Iroha Sushi is a long-established sushi restaurant that has been in business for about 100 years. The restaurant operates from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. As expected from a place with such a long history, the interior is filled with an old-fashioned charm, yet it is very clean overall. Although the chef does not speak foreign languages, he makes an effort to communicate and even shows pictures of the fish to explain. I heard that it is now run by the third generation. On this day, I had the 2500 yen premium nigiri sushi set. It included 7 pieces for 2500 yen. The fish slices were thick, and there was a small amount of rice, but it was delicious. It felt like tasting a century-old culture. If you visit Sakaiminato, be sure to stop by.

Modern Chinese architecture..
#Overseas travel #China #Luzhou Museum Branch
This branch of the Luzhou Museum located in the Luzhou area of Dalian City is a historical building that opened as a branch of the museum in 1999.
It is one of the European-style buildings located in the historical scenic area of Luzhou Sun Valley and was used by the Japanese military during the invasion.
The building itself is a gorgeous European-style building. When I went, the gray building and blue sky were in harmony in the cold winter with white snow, so I was able to take some great pictures.
The inside of the museum was good for avoiding the cold and there was a lot to see..It would be good to avoid the heat in the summer..^^
It is free, so please visit and enjoy the European and modern era feeling..and the prehistoric feeling while looking at the relics.
Branch exhibition hall of Lushun Museum..
#Overseas travel #China #Luzhou Museum Branch
In the Luzhou Museum Scenic Area, the large main building is a must-see, but the branch is also quite worth seeing.
This branch mainly exhibits history and relics from the prehistoric era rather than modern or post-Christian history.
The relics also include many art-related materials, so it would be a useful space for those who like art materials.
The opening hours are until 4 p.m., so don't forget to go in before then and take your time looking around... Tickets can be issued for free via WeChat, so please ask for help at the entrance.

Dongsimjeong...a place to share your heart...
#Overseas travel #China #Dongsimjeong
When you pass the Geumri Overpass, you will come across a tunnel with many red name tags hanging.
At the entrance, there is a door with the Chinese characters for Dongsimjeong written on it, and along the passage, there are name tags with each other's wishes hanging like a tunnel.
Dongsimjeong... As the name suggests, it means a place to share hearts, so it seems like there are many name tags with tokens of love for many lovers to continue their love..
It is a good place to take pictures, and at the end of the passage, there are many places selling delicious snacks, and there are also places to enjoy a cup of tea, so if you are a couple, it would be good to pass by once.
A street where you can find a Starbucks that takes you back to the Three Kingdoms period.
#Overseas travel #China #Geumri-goga
As you approach Geumri-goga, you will start to see the pretty red wall road and you will feel like you are slowly going back in time... After passing the main gate that makes you feel the old appearance, you will feel like you have entered the commercial center of the Three Kingdoms period. If you walk a little bit along the old inn-like building, you will see a Starbucks that gives you a different feeling from the past, so you will take a certification shot in front of it.
When you feel tired after walking through the Three Kingdoms period, have a cup of Americano and toast with your imaginary Zhuge Liang.
Geumri-goga is the representative old town commercial street in this area, so many tourists visit to enjoy shopping and gourmet food.
A place to honor Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei... Sanyi Tomb
#Overseas travel #China #Sanyi Temple
Sanyi Temple is located inside Wuhou Temple and can be seen while passing by Geumri-gu. It is a shrine built to honor Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei, the main characters of the Three Kingdoms of China. Sanyi Temple, which symbolizes the righteousness and loyalty of sworn brothers, was built in various regions of China under the name of Sanyi Temple after the Three Kingdoms period for the people to worship them.
Among them, this one, located in Wuhou Temple in Chengdu, is a great place to visit because there are many things to see around it.
Along with the beauty of the old temple, it would be great for fans of the Three Kingdoms to feel their loyalty while looking around.
High interest rates...old streets...
#Overseas travel #China #Geumri High Street
Geumri High Street is a traditional street located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, and is famous for tourists for recreating the appearance of the Qing Dynasty. This street recreates the appearance of the Three Kingdoms and Qing Dynasty, and is famous for silk, so it was named ‘Geumri’.
It is famous for traditional shops, delicious snacks, and food in every alley, and you can see old traditional relics here and there, so it is a place that provides various interesting things to do.
When I went, there weren’t many tourists, so it was nice to be able to walk around leisurely. However, as I always feel when I walk around Old Town, I can’t help but feel disappointed that it is too commercialized.
Liu Xiang's Tomb...Cemetery of Chinese Anti-Japanese Heroes
#Overseas travel #China #Liu Xiang's tomb
Liu Xiang is a Sichuan hero who led the Sichuan army in the past and fought in the anti-Japanese war. He also participated in the Sino-Japanese War.
The tomb was damaged in the 1960s, but it was restored and is said to have its current appearance. It is still a place where Sichuan residents visit and pay their respects.
The tomb itself does not have much meaning to foreign tourists, but you can feel the emotions of Chinese people visiting the tomb, and the surrounding park is nice for a walk, so it is worth visiting. Especially on a clear day, the air created by the surrounding greenery will clear your stuffy insides.
The quiet garden and pond of Muhou Temple's Gunhyeon Hall..
#Overseas travel #China #Gunhyeondang
Gunhyeondang in Chengdu, Sichuan Province is a place that contains traditional Chinese architecture and historical significance. Located inside the Wuhou Temple Museum in Chengdu, it is said to be a place where various regional cultural events are held while commemorating the culture and history of the Three Kingdoms period.
I didn't buy a ticket and just walked around the gardens around it. It was nice to walk along the quietly flowing stream and there weren't many people.
If you buy a ticket to Wuhou Temple and go in, you can see the inside of Gunhyeondang, so if you're interested in history, it might be a good idea to look at it in more detail.
Song Dynasty Stone Carvings... Artifacts of the Song Dynasty
#Overseas travel #China #Song Dynasty Stone Carving Gallery
The Song Dynasty Stone Carving Gallery in Chengdu, Sichuan Province is an important relic representing the art and architectural style of the Song Dynasty in China.
The long stone carvings here are intricately carved with many things that allow you to study the era, including the Buddhist, historical, and artistic aspects of the time, as well as the situation and emotions of the time and the appearance of Buddhism. In particular, it is an important cultural heritage that shows the essence of the Song Dynasty stone carving art, including the Sichuan Dazu Stone Carvings.
It is located in the middle of the street leading to the gourmet street, so it is easy to just pass by, but be sure to go in and take a look around slowly...
The Unique Colors of the Stream and Ancient Buildings..Sha Xian.
Sha Xian (Guan Zha Hang Zhe - Sha Xian) is not located on the famous Guan Zha Hang Zhe Street in Chengdu, but rather on the food street that extends from Wuhou Shrine, which is a reconstructed ancient street from the Three Kingdoms period. Don't get confused.
This place is not only known for its charming old buildings but also for the flowing stream, the small cloud bridge connected to it, and the reflection of the old buildings on the opposite side of the stream, creating a beautiful scene.
It's a popular spot on China's Xiaohongshu, perfect for taking selfies with a pretty background while enjoying a snack in hand.
Wuhou Shrine Red Wall Path
Wuhou Shrine is one of the most iconic photo spots in Chengdu. Among its many attractions, the winding alley with the red walls is particularly famous. The combination of the red walls and the long stretches of bamboo forest creates a beautiful walking path, making it an attractive photo spot for photography enthusiasts. When I visited, the ginkgo trees were turning yellow, making the path even more picturesque.
This alley-like path leads to the Hui Mausoleum, the tomb of Liu Bei, which excites fans of the Three Kingdoms.
The Scenic Area of Taiyanggou... A Historically Significant Street...
Taking the subway for about an hour from the center of Dalian city, and then transferring to a bus or taxi, you will reach the Lüshun area where the Taiyanggou Scenic Area is located. This place is worth the long journey as it offers a rewarding experience.
This area holds painful memories as it was the center of the Russo-Japanese War and the Battle of Lüshun. It was occupied by the Japanese army, and during that time, military bases and various government buildings were constructed by the Japanese. Today, it remains a significant site in modern Chinese history, preserved as a historical heritage site. It not only conveys the past to visitors but also serves as a popular spot for taking stunning photos with its European-style modern architecture.
Dongguanje Cultural Street..
#Overseas travel #China #Dongguan Street
When you pass by Dalian City on an old tram, you will see a spot where old red brick buildings appear.
This place is still in the process of remodeling the cultural street to fit the modern times, but there are still many commercial districts and pretty alleys that are worth visiting.
The tram stop is also uniquely designed, and the modern buildings in the alley have been renovated into coffee shops to match the atmosphere, providing great photo spots for young influencers.
If you like modern streets, this is a must-visit course, but I wish the old appearance had remained a little more natural.
A street of modern Japanese architecture...
#Overseas travel #Taiyangkou Scenic Area #China
Taiyangkou Tourist Attraction is a representative tourist attraction in the Lushun area, located in Lushun District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China, with many Japanese-style buildings.
It is true that there is a bit of bitterness to enjoy it because it is a remnant of the Japanese colonial era, but it is also true that walking around and looking at modern buildings is quite a feast for the eyes.
Walking around the modern buildings, you can feel the situation at that time and take pictures with the old feeling in the background.
Although Lushun is quite far from the center of Dalian, there are many museums around here, so it is a good place to visit together.
An Old Local Street.. Lüshun Cultural Street.
While traveling through the Lüshun area of Dalian, China, I happened to pass by an old street called Dalian Cultural Street.
This place is a local street where old buildings from modern China remain intact. It is not a tourist attraction but a living piece of history where local residents live.
The buildings made of modern red bricks reminiscent of the Japanese imperial era give a feeling similar to Seodaemun Prison in our country, making you feel as if you are traveling back in time.
For those who love photography, it is considered a great place to take emotional photos with an old background.

Fukuoka Gyukatsu Restaurant 'Akamiya Koushi'
📌 Akamiya Koushi
While staying near Tenjin Minami Station, I found this Gyukatsu restaurant while searching for a place to have lunch.
I heard that it's a popular spot with locals, especially in the evening when there's usually a wait. However, I was able to enter and dine immediately after checking out and doing an open run.
Many restaurants in Fukuoka tend to be small, but Akamiya Koushi has a spacious interior with tables and chairs with backrests, making it highly recommended for those dining with children.

⏰️ 11:30 AM ~ 11:00 PM (Break time 2:30 PM ~ 4:00 PM)
✔️ You can choose between steak and gyukatsu.
✔️ Personally, I found the sirloin to be tastier than the tenderloin.
✔️ In addition to rice cooked in a pot and basic side dishes, you can choose two additional side dishes, making for a hearty meal.
✔️ The spacious interior and menu make it a great place to dine with children.
At night, the vibrant night market; during the day, the charming alleys, Temple Street.
📍Address: Temple St, Jordan, Hong Kong
📍Key Points
I couldn't visit Temple Street at night, so I passed by during the day. Although all the shops were closed, the decorations and entrance still gave off a local vibe, making it enjoyable to walk around. Temple Street itself isn't very big, so if you expect a huge night market, you might be disappointed. However, it seems like it would be fun at night with lots of food and interesting things to see!
📍Rating: 3/5
Tour of Osaka Shinsekai Market with Tsutenkaku View and Mega Don Quijote!
Recently, there's a trend in Osaka's Shinsekai Market. People are taking photos with Tsutenkaku in the background! It's truly a stunning view.
Shinsekai Market is a food paradise. There are so many delicious foods that both my eyes and mouth were delighted. I happened to try a shooting game and luckily won a small snack. It might not seem like much, but it made me really happy!
There is also a Mega Don Quijote near the market, so I did some shopping there. This place has so many different items that it's fun just to browse. I bought some gifts and a few things I needed.
And there's even a game center nearby. It had an old-school vibe, and I had a blast playing nostalgic games.
Shinsekai is truly a place with lots to see, eat, and enjoy. I could really feel the vibrant atmosphere of Osaka. The night view of Tsutenkaku was so beautiful that it will stay in my memory for a long time.
