Exploring the Royal Botanic Garden, a wholeheartedly relaxation and peaceful escape!
#australiatrip#sydney#gardens#travel
The Royal Botanic Garden is the oldest botanic garden of Australis, aside with the iconic Sydney Opera House and overlooking the beautiful Sydney Harbour. Walking alongside the water offer a fantastic view of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
We entered the gardens from the Macquarie Street entrance, and all of the walking would be downhill. This massive garden is beautifully manicured and well-maintained, adorned with ornamental plants, rolling lawns, and ancient trees, with a mix of native and international species. A wide range of the Carnivorous plant display in the Calyx building is marvelous and I love it.
⏩ There are cafes and restrooms available close to all the exits.
⏩ Overall rated: 4.8/5, strolling around the garden is absolutely a wholeheartedly relaxation and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, worth
a visit!

🍝Best Carbonara In The Inner West🍝
Today mummy took us to a lovely trattoria in Concord. We were very excited to have the Spaghetti Carbonara, because this one they make properly WITHOUT cream. Not only that, they mix in a cheese wheel! 🧀
It was an absolutely delicious meal, and the people were nice too. The restaurant itself looked so authentic. We couldn't have been happier! We will come again! 🇮🇹

☦️Christos Anesti!☦️
In the beautiful suburb of Burwood, in Sydney's inner west there's a gorgeous Greek Orthodox church in the midst of the shopping bustle. Mummy is from Serbia, but tells me and Cuddly that Serbians and Greeks are best friends! And the churches aren't any different apart from the language 🇬🇷
Greeks are such cool people and they make amazing biscuits! And in the church we felt a sense of calm, looking at all the beautiful Byzantine art. It's mummy's favourite and we certainly see why!

From Bali to Sydney: A Journey of Comfort and Iconic Sights
Flying from the tropical paradise of Bali, my adventure continued through the sleek Changi Airport in Singapore, with Virgin Australia as my carrier to Sydney. The flight itself was a breeze—comfortable seating, attentive service, and a seamless journey that set the tone for the excitement to come.
Landing in Sydney, the city's skyline immediately captures your imagination. Nothing quite compares to seeing the Sydney Opera House in person, its gleaming white sails contrasting beautifully against the deep blue of the harbor. Just steps away, the towering Sydney Harbour Bridge stands as a proud reminder of the city’s architectural prowess. The combination of these iconic landmarks, the shimmering waters, and the lively atmosphere makes Sydney’s Circular Quay a photographer’s dream and a traveler’s delight. #travel #sydney #sydneyoperahouse #australia #bali #indonesia #virginaustralia #travel

The Spirit of Sydney
The Sydney Opera House was even more impressive in person than in pictures. Its sails seemed to reach for the sky, and the energy inside was electric. I explored the halls, amazed by the architecture and the creative energy buzzing around.
Later, I climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge, feeling the wind in my hair. The climb was thrilling, and each step offered a new view of the city. From the top, the harbor was a sparkling expanse of water, dotted with boats. The city skyline glittered in the sun.
The whole experience was incredible. The combination of the Opera House, the bridge, and the harbor made for a truly unforgettable day in Sydney.

Beautiful Animals in Taronga Zoo!
The animals in the zoo are all well taken care of. Even the park is clean with complete signs, restrooms, benches and gates.
The lions, tigers, elephant, giraffe were beautiful. But my favorites are kangaroo, koala and the cute little penguins swimming around nonstop.
The zoo is not only for kids but for adults as well!
They have also made stunning views of the Sydney skyline. We went there on a weekend so the sailboats are all out.
Love Sydney! We’ll be back next time with the kids for sure? #tarongazoo #sydneytrip #sydney

Hidden gem in south Melbourne!
This was our first stop after arriving in Melbourne. Drawn to visit St Ali to sample the source of the beans I enjoy regularly at my local in Adelaide (Seven Grounds). This converted warehouse has over 19 years continued to expand, due to its great success in roasting.
Chilli scrambled eggs with ndjua was very savoury and delicious! Coffee is great and they have loads of options. I also tried the espresso martini and I wouldn't order it again, extremely strong coffee taste and a bit small for the price. Overall, I would recommend going there for the food and coffee, just bear in mind it will be pricey.

Flavours of Europe in Sydney!
This restaurant is located in rock town. Easy walk to/from Circular Quay (it's right behind the Museum of Comtemporary Art). Take a short walk to the nearby Overseas Passenger Terminal for a spectacular view of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The portions are very large, delicious. All dishes are fresh and incredibly tasty. The service is a little too slow..
Come for the wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Stay for the tasty kangaroo steak and burger and make the world a more peaceful place.

Fairly Priced
The most noticeable thing about hills bros are the fair prices. I have done so many cafes in Sydney that are good but so overpriced. Excellent coffee, friendly service and a good spot to work for a short time. Don't expect it to be quiet. It's a buzzy spot. Food is awesome, especially the HTC.
More importantly, they remembered my name and order almost immediately which is rare amongst other cafés. Overall, it's a convenient space and surprisingly personal considering it's in the lobby of a Martin Place building. I do recommend trying them.

Amazing food
The food was perfect, and the staff was lovely. I was surprised to meet the manager, who is from Thailand. She was very helpful in helping us choose a special menu. Thoroughly enjoyed the fried prawn burger, though the price is quite high, it’s somewhat substantial.
The scrambled egg with chilli oil is something different, the sourdough tastes nice. The food is incredible, the atmosphere joyful and the service friendly and efficient. The owner is lovely and accommodating, and the waiters don't mind alterations to the menu. I can't wait to come back

coffee and brekafast
Room 10 is a great coffee and breakfast.spot. But you need to get here early on weekends as it gets rather busy. I spent an hour over the weekends waiting to get a table. Lots of locals come so you know it's good. My favourite dish is the Breakfast Rice, simple eggs on toast are also really good.
The outdoor seating is a bit more chilled as it's away from the kitchen but during winter it's also a bit more chilled. (See what I did there). Indoors is cosy but a bit more hectic with the staff running around in the adjoining kitchen.

Near Central Station
In cafe is located quite close to the central station. Making it a great stop for a nice cup of coffee. The cafe is spacious with a lot of seating availability for groups and individuals.Wifi available at good speed to browse or work. In fact I was able to crush a couple of hours of work on several occasions while at the cafe. This casual dining restaurant has something for everyone. I had the beef lasagna with garden salad: the dish was to die for! It was a generous portion, served hot and creamy. Our wonderful server, Honey, brought us garlic bread to eat while we waited for our meal. The space is open and bright. There is plenty of room on the tables for a laptop or business papers. Wifi is available, password is on a post next door to the cash register and bar. Table service is provided. Toilet are upstairs.

Best view
MCA cafe does the best view in Sydney and amazing menu selection. At night, even more beautiful. The staff are good and the menu is selectively fine with all the cafe essentials on offer including beverages, desserts and meals. I enjoy holding meetings here despite the noisy ambience of the lunch crowd, it really has a great vibe especially on sunny days.
Despite the crowds, the lady who was in charge of seating never lost the smile on her face and was very kind. We sat outside on the "breakfast bar" and we had a great time. I would recommend MCA cafe whether it might be breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Good speciality coffee
Newtown is a place rich in local character, with many preserved early buildings and distinctive graffiti throughout the alleyways. Despite always being packed with customers, the place is somehow very cozy and the customer service is really good. Sometimes, it's a little loud and chaotic as it's only a small venue.
But if that is the case, just grab a takeaway and sit in one of the parks close by. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The coffee is of great quality. It's a nice touch having cold filtered water available to go with your brew as well. They have some nice cups in store to purchase along with bags of coffee.

Delicious food
The atmosphere of the café is wonderful, with the staff being exceptionally courteous and professional. The food tasted fantastic. The meals were excellent, and the coffee was fantastic. The pie was warm and cozy, with a thin and flaky pastry crust that perfectly complemented the flavorful and tender meat filling.
Very generous portion size and it was delicious. My friend also had their bacon and egg roll which he enjoyed. Overall, my experience at The Rocks Cafe was delightful, and I highly recommend their cottage pie and lemon meringue pie to anyone looking for a delicious and cozy meal.

All day dining
Located in the heart of CBD, the grounds of the city is a Parisian styled all day dinner that offers a lovely experience. Coffee was really good but I would have liked it slightly hotter (I think it’s just my personal preference, it was a cold day). There are few dishes more satisfying to sit down to than a slow-cooked lamb shank, one that boasts a combination of flavours which warm you and bring back fond memories of my grandparents cooking many years ago, for lamb was very much the tradition then. The smoked trout omelette with the capers in the little jar looked and tasted beautiful.

Brekkie @ Joe Black
Great atmosphere, the owner is happy to chat. He also bakes in-house. Muffins, madeleines and god almond tart are just the top of the iceberg. We even had a beef rendang for lunch one day which was as good if not better than the rendang I had in Malaysia. Food is great.
And nice coffee too. We ate breakfast and dined on several occasions. Plenty of cafe's in the area, but Joe Black Cafe is definitely one of the standouts in this Museum/ Surry Hills area. The mice are homemade and you can taste the quality of them. The portion is big so you may skip your lunch.

Old fashioned themed cafe.
The atmosphere inside reminds me of an old fashioned Tea house, the ambience is perfect.
We had the Continental Breakfast, very highly recommend, everything was perfect, the croissant melts in your mouth. The Coffee 100% passed my expectations. A great place for a cozy date, hangouts with family, friends. Also a good place for a meeting.
I had the steak baguette, which was a very tasty but needed far more seasoning. Ordered a few dishes to share between the four of us. Service was slow as there weren’t many waiting staff for weekend peak hours. Food wise is okay but nothing really stands out for me, the exception would be grilled zucchini flowers.

superb fine dining spot
This was really one of the best fine dining meals I’ve had over the last few years. The sommelier was amazing as well, dedicating a lot of time to answer our questions. The dining service is exceptionally friendly and attentive, with each dish being uniquely crafted. The flavors tend to lean towards sweet and sour, making it highly recommended.
Food quality and presentation were well thought out and each dish was created with detailed balance across the tongue. I highly recommend the pairing whether the non alcoholic pairing or the sommelier pairing which will allow you to not stay with just wines but explore other beverages that pair better with certain dishes.

Food + Views
While the food is brilliant, let's not forget about the amazing views of the habour and the Opera House. Would recommend the ceviche, the raw meat in the bone marrow with bread, and the burger. We had the set menu. Wait time between food items weren't too long.
It was lovely being seated inside by the window. A standout dish would have to be the wagyu potato - beautifully thin layers of potato with a generous serving of garlic crème fraiche. The Hokkaido A5 wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth goodness and the New Yorker black Angus steak was cooked to perfection.

Amongst the best
I have had the pleasure of trying out the best of glass Brasserie from their breakfast buffet, afternoon tea to lunch and dinners. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Plenty of options for different types of dietary needs including vegetarians and vegans. The setting is beautiful, spacious, airy and calm.
It's a wonderful place to start the day with their breakfast buffet. The signature desert of the licorice parfait is not to be missed but the other deserts are good too. The wine selection was a lot and our cab sav was a nice companion. Our lady server was friendly, efficient and warm with a lovely smile. She made the dining experience pleasant and relaxing.
