How to Enjoy a Winter Vacation in Nha Trang, Vietnam!
Hello, this is TD Couple, Naver Travel Influencers and World Travelers.
As experienced travelers who have visited Nha Trang, Vietnam multiple times, we would like to share some travel tips with you.
Nha Trang is a great destination for a relaxing staycation at resorts or hotels rather than engaging in activities.
We recommend flying with national carriers like Vietnam Airlines instead of VietJet to avoid issues like delays. There are many cost-effective 5-star accommodations in Nha Trang city, ranging from 50,000 to 100,000 KRW per night, including breakfast.
Near the airport in Cam Ranh, there are many luxury resorts such as Mövenpick and Alma.
Popular tours in Nha Trang include mud baths, city tours, and the Phan Rang Desert tour. If it's your first time in Nha Trang, these tours are worth trying.
Nha Trang is also famous for its seafood, including lobster. While seafood prices are not extremely cheap, other local foods like banh mi and pho are very affordable.
If you're planning to escape the cold winter weather and travel to a warm place, how about considering Nha Trang, Vietnam? 👍🏻
Note that the weather in Da Nang is not very good in winter. If you expect warm weather, consider Nha Trang or other southern destinations!

Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Nearby Mui Ne Tour!
I had a wonderful trip to Vietnam! This time, I visited Ho Chi Minh City!
While searching for must-do tours in Ho Chi Minh, I found a tour that I highly recommend: the Ho Chi Minh Mui Ne Tour! 👍👍
Mui Ne is a place near Ho Chi Minh City that I absolutely loved! ❣️❣️
Let me introduce you to the must-visit spots on the Ho Chi Minh Mui Ne sunrise tour! 👍
1️⃣ First is the famous White Sand Dunes in Vietnam! Watching the sunrise here turns the entire sand into a red hue, creating a breathtaking view. I highly recommend experiencing this mesmerizing moment at least once.
2️⃣ Second is the dragon fruit farm, which you reach after stopping at various photo spots. I really loved the dragon fruit farm! It has numerous photo spots, making it more interesting than just a regular dragon fruit farm.
3️⃣ Third is the Red Sand Dunes! The sand here is truly red. It was my first time seeing such red sand, and it was more humid and beautiful than I expected. The coconut here was also incredibly delicious.
4️⃣ Fourth is the Fishing Village and Fairy Stream! The Fishing Village is optional, and we decided to skip it. After that, we visited Fairy Stream, known as the Grand Canyon of Vietnam. You have to take off your shoes and walk along the stream, which felt great on the feet and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout the walk.
Nha Trang Mia Resort Beach Restaurant Kitchen by the Sea
Address: Inside Nha Trang Mia Resort
Atmosphere/Facilities: You can enjoy both ocean view on the side and pool view in front while dining. The interior concept is deep blue, which matches perfectly with the ocean view, making it a great place for dining and taking photos.
Key Points: It serves as a breakfast restaurant for resort guests and is also available for lunch and dinner. The prices are relatively affordable for a resort restaurant. You can get a pizza for around 10,000 KRW. The breakfast has a well-prepared hot food station, and the omelets are made very well. Each person is provided with one Eggs Benedict, but there aren't many bread options, which might be disappointing for bread lovers. The servers were really friendly.
Price: Margherita 340,000 VND, Seafood Fried Rice 280,000 VND
Nha Trang Airport Lounge with Shower, Lotus Lounge
Address: Inside Nha Trang Cam Ranh Airport
Atmosphere/Facilities: It's relatively small but clean. There are more table seats than sofa seats. There aren't many power outlets for an airport lounge. There is one shower facility each for men and women, and towels are provided. Although small, the shower room is close to the restroom, so the layout is convenient.
Key Points: Although not as good as in Korea, the food service was decent. I tried Vietnamese noodles here for the first time, and they were tastier than I expected. The chocolate cake was also delicious. You can use the PP card here.
A Must-Visit Vietnamese Restaurant, Na Bep, That You Would Regret Missing Out On
Address: Located in the heart of downtown Vietnam.
Atmosphere/Facilities: The exterior is so beautiful that you can't just walk past it. The air conditioning is great, and the tables are spaced out nicely. Many Vietnamese restaurants frequented by Koreans usually have tables too close together, making it uncomfortable to eat, but this place offers a pleasant environment.
Key Points: Without much expectation, we went in because it was convenient and not as crowded as the nearby An Thoi. Personally, I found it tastier than An Thoi. I would have regretted not trying the Nem Nuong. They give you Morning Glory as a bonus when you leave a review, and it comes in a full-size portion, which was surprising. It was delicious too.
Average Price per Person:
Rating: Nem Nuong 139,000 VND, Lemon Juice 45,000 VND
Ho Chi Minh City was amazing.
I've visited Ho Chi Minh several times already, and it's one of my favorite cities! 🙌🏻
The economy here is quite developed, so there are plenty of fun activities and things to enjoy in the city. 🔥
Moreover, there are many outlets and department stores, making it great for shopping and escaping the heat. The local culture is also present, making it easy to enjoy local food. 🙌🏻
I also went on a sunrise tour in the nearby Mui Ne desert, and it was the most intense sunrise I've ever seen in my life. 👍🌆
I highly recommend it! ❣️
Cua Bac Parish Church Open today...
#VietnamTravel #Hanoi #North Gate Parish
Cua Bac Church is one of the most beautiful churches in Hanoi.
The church has unique architecture and cozy spaces.
When you come here, you can feel peace in the middle of a noisy city.
The high domes and ornate decorations add to its charm.
There are many masses on weekends, and they are conducted in English.
The church is located directly on Phan Dinh Phung Street, and it is very beautiful to take pictures because it is in harmony with the beautiful imperial palace and the cityscape lined with shady trees.
Hanoi's Beautiful Yellow Church
This place played a significant role as a sanctuary for my heart during the trip. While it may not be as lively as the famous St. Joseph's Cathedral, its tranquility was what attracted me the most. The serene space provided precious time to heal my weary mind and body.
The church's exterior and interior are both very beautiful, and it has a warm atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. I visited when I was particularly tired and feeling down, so this place became a haven of stability for me. It's the perfect spot to calmly explore the church's interior or take photos of the scenery outside.
Although it lacks the grandeur of a typical tourist attraction, this place has a quiet and soothing charm.
The clear weather of Fansipan (Sapa) that is said to be seen only after three generations of good deeds.
Fansipan in Sapa is truly beautiful.
Even though I have been in Vietnam for 7 years, this is the first time I have seen such a beautiful place in Vietnam!!
October - November seems to have good weather and a suitable climate.
As the highest peak in Southeast Asia at an altitude of 3140m, it gets cold when you take the cable car up.
Be sure to bring a windbreaker or warm clothes.
The path is well-maintained so you can safely reach the summit even without taking the funicular after the cable car ride.
Not only Fansipan but the city is also very beautiful.
If you haven't decided on your next vacation spot, I recommend it!!
New Cafe & Bar in Nha Trang City: White Monkey
Address: It's located in an alley in Nha Trang city, so you need to search for 'White Monkey' to find it.
Atmosphere/Facilities: The vibe is very hip. The first floor has a bar atmosphere, while the second floor feels more like a cafe. Personally, I liked the second floor better as it had more photo spots and cool vintage items. The combination of plants and paintings was also nice, creating an atmosphere that the MZ generation would love. It felt like a trendy cafe in Hongdae.
Key Points: I went in the morning and was able to enjoy my coffee comfortably without any customers around. They also have a wide variety of wines and cocktails. It might be nice to visit at night as well.
Average Price per Person: Cold Brew Orange Juice 55,000 VND, Vietnamese Coffee 32,000 VND
Hanoi Local Photo Spot.. Hanoi North Gate (Di tích Cửa Bắc).
On April 25, 1882, at exactly 8:15 AM, the French army attacked and approached the Hanoi Citadel. The people of Hanoi bravely fought back, repelling the French forces and forcing them to retreat and reinforce their troops. However, in the tense situation, an explosion occurred, allowing the French army to enter the citadel. Governor Hoang Dieu, unable to defend the citadel, dismissed his generals, apologized to the king, and then tragically committed suicide. This place holds a painful history.
However, today, one side of the citadel is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Hanoi. Especially in autumn, the sunlight slanting through the leaves of ancient crocodile trees dancing below creates a beautiful picture.
Hoa Phong Tower... Hanoi.
Hoa Phong Tower is a historical relic that can be seen while strolling around Hoan Kiem Lake, and it's a popular spot for tourists to take photos. It is labeled as a 'Japanese-style tower.' Originally, it was a Buddhist tower of Bao An Pagoda (in Vietnam, Buddhist temples are called pagodas, but the tower is derived from the Sanskrit word and is pronounced 'thap' in Vietnamese, similar to the Korean word '탑').
In the 1800s, during the French colonial period, the Bao An Pagoda near Hoan Kiem Lake was demolished to make way for the construction of a post office. The first floor of this three-story stone tower features arched doors representing four Buddhist themes, and the second floor is inscribed with Sanskrit symbols.

Atmosphere/Facilities: 🌟 A true gem discovered in Nha Trang! 🌟
A new world of Banh Xeo from Phu Quoc👀✨ The crispiness here is absolutely top-notch! 🙌 Generous portions at affordable prices, great value for money👍
The place is newly opened, so the interior is bright and clean, and the staff are very friendly💖 They even cut the food for you and explain how to eat it in detail. So touching😂
Key Points: I always order morning glory whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, and this place has the best I've ever had. Be sure to try the Banh Xeo and morning glory.
My friend also says this place is their top pick!!!
Price: Banh Xeo 140,000 VND, Morning Glory 70,000 VND, Pho 100,000 VND

Immerse yourself in the traditional Vietnamese atmosphere at the Po Long Jarai Temple.
Location: It is about an hour's drive from Nha Trang city, so it is recommended to visit as part of the Phan Rang Desert Tour package.
Atmosphere/Facilities: Upon arriving at the Po Long Jarai Temple, the first thing you will notice is the serene and mysterious atmosphere. This was my first visit to a traditional Vietnamese temple, and the exotic scenery and architecture were both ancient and unique. The red tiles and bricks of the temple shining in the sunlight were truly beautiful.
Key Points: It is recommended to visit as part of the Phan Rang Desert Tour rather than going individually. If you go individually, the entrance fee is about 20,000 VND (approximately 1,000 KRW). If you want to take the cart, it costs an additional 20,000 VND, but it is worth it as the path is steep. There are many great spots for taking photos, and it is recommended to take pictures on the stairs leading up to the temple when there are no people around.
Holiana Boutique Hotel in Nha Trang for around 10,000 KRW
Location: Conveniently located in the center of Nha Trang city. It's on a main road, so it's not scary to come back at night.
Atmosphere/Facilities: I was worried because it was a cheap hotel, but it was clean. There were no water stains or smells in the bathroom, and there was an elevator. The room condition was much better compared to the entrance. You can store your luggage and early check-in is available. There were reviews about the noise from motorcycles because it's on the main road, but I didn't find it bothersome at all. In fact, the location was so good that I plan to book it again next time.
Key Points: Super cheap and clean, excellent location!!! Bright white-toned rooms. The rooms are small compared to other Vietnamese hotels, but there's no problem opening two suitcases.
Average Price per Person: I booked a night for 18,900 KRW at the end of October.
Son Tay Park.. A trip to the outskirts of Hanoi.
Every year on January 18th, a festival is held to commemorate the birthday of General Ngo Quyen. This festival is organized by the Ngo clan of Vietnam at the tomb of General Ngo Quyen in Duong Lam village, Son Tay district, Hanoi. The event is bustling with locals and visiting travelers, creating a majestic atmosphere of gratitude for the king's great achievements.
Additionally, the statue of General Ngo Quyen stands like a symbol of Son Tay in the beautiful park, and nearby, there are areas lined with flagpoles and old fortress ruins. As a traveler, I also felt the historical scenery and the passionate thoughts of the locals, making it a special experience to feel the rich history of Vietnam firsthand.
Lotte Observation Deck... Hanoi View...
The view from the observation deck is truly beautiful, and since we went up at 4 PM, we were able to enjoy the sunset in a relaxed atmosphere, perfectly timed with the sunset. (Make sure to go at sunset to enjoy the night view, sunset, and daytime scenery all together.)
Looking at West Lake, it provides such a comfortable space that you can easily lose track of time.
Moreover, the observation deck has a stylish bar that operates as a cafe during the day and a lounge bar at night, and the drinks there were delicious. It's not a bad place to make memories.
Cat Co Beach and Rock Trail... A trip to Cat Ba Island.
The beauty of the beach is exceptional, especially with the Flamingo Hotel in the background, creating a stunning view. It's a very fun place.
For those who want to take photos, visiting between 2 PM and 4 PM is ideal, so be sure to visit... It shines. The waves reflect the light, creating a beautiful scenery for special photos.
If you enjoy swimming, the best time is between 3 PM and 4 PM. After that, the sun becomes softer, making it comfortable to enjoy the sea. Spending time leisurely on the beach or taking photos is the best way to refresh yourself.
Cat Ba Island Trail... The path to Cat Co Beach.
The coastal trail that forms along this coastline when you reach the shore where you can see the islands is a route of more than 1 km connecting Cat Co Beach 1 and Beach 3. After swimming at Beach 1, you can walk this path to Beach 3 or vice versa. This trail is highly recommended as it allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and islands. In particular, the sunset and sunlight you encounter here are exceptional, and there are many great spots for photos. For visiting tourists, the use of the trail is free, making it an ideal place to enjoy a leisurely walk without any burden.
Tung Thu Beach... Cat Ba Island.
Tung Thu Beach is located about 5km from the center of Cat Ba Village. Although it is not easily accessible, it is a quaint and beautiful beach. The beach itself is very beautiful with blue sea and white sand, making it a great place to relax. However, due to the low number of tourists, the beach is the largest but lacks convenience.
Nevertheless, the time spent on the beach is very enjoyable, especially on clear days when you can swim in the clear sea or leisurely sunbathe on the beach. It would be perfect if you could enjoy the local seafood while taking in the sea view.
