The citrus rolls are crispy on the outside and wrapped in smooth cheese for a double taste.

Sunset Like a Painting: West Kowloon at Dusk
🌅 Sunset Moments at West Kowloon Cultural District 🌅
Every time the sun sets, the whole world seems to be bathed in golden light. At the West Kowloon Cultural District, I once again felt this magical charm. This place is not only a palace of art and culture but also an excellent spot to watch the sunset.
In this tranquil moment, the sky is dyed with warm orange hues, and the clouds gently dance as if telling countless stories. At that moment, I forgot the busy life, and my soul was soothed by the beauty of nature, as if time had stood still.
Whether sitting quietly alone or sharing with close friends, such a sunset makes one feel content. Every ray of light, every cloud, is a wonderful painting by nature. And in this moment, I felt the beauty and hope of life.
I hope my sharing can also let you feel this tranquility and beauty. If you haven't been to the West Kowloon Cultural District yet, don't miss this excellent sunset viewing spot! 🌞
🕒 Best Time to Shoot
The sunset time varies with the seasons, so it is recommended to arrive 30 minutes early, choose a good spot, and get ready to enjoy the moment.
A Korean-style street food stall in Tai Kok Tsui offers fresh soy sauce crab noodles.
My friend wanted to eat soy sauce crab, so they brought me to this Korean restaurant located in Tai Kok Tsui. The decor of the Korean-style street food stall makes you feel like you are really in Korea.
Soy Sauce Crab Noodles (Special Price $198)
The main attraction is, of course, the soy sauce crab. The restaurant is currently offering a promotion where you can enjoy soy sauce crab noodles with crab meat and roe for $198. It comes with crab roe, soy sauce shaved ice soup base, and refreshing cold noodles. The soy sauce crab is incredibly fresh, with smooth crab meat and roe marinated with top-quality Yeonpyeong Island crabs from Korea, without any fishy taste. However, it's only available all day from Monday to Thursday and before 7:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The promotion also requires a reservation by phone in advance.
Flaming Soy Sauce Ribs $188
We also ordered the flaming soy sauce ribs, marinated with a special Korean spicy sauce. The ribs are tender and flavorful, slow-cooked to perfection. The name 'flaming ribs' comes from the fact that the staff pours soju over the ribs and sets them on fire, creating an impressive visual effect and adding a charred aroma to the ribs.
Pineapple Sorbet $58
For dessert, we had the pineapple sorbet, served in a hollowed-out pineapple. The presentation is exquisite, and the sorbet has a rich pineapple flavor with bits of pineapple flesh.
Shinsadong Street Food Stall (Tai Cheng Street) (Tai Kok Tsui)
Ground Floor, 10 Tai Cheng Street, Tai Kok Tsui.
Steamed Seafood and Hotpot: Satisfy Two Cravings at Once
As the weather cools down, the craving for hotpot arises. Someone suggested an even better idea: combining steamed seafood with hotpot.
Steamed seafood pots are a nostalgic way to enjoy the original flavors of seafood. I remember when Chiu Fook popularized this trend, opening multiple branches and becoming widely known.
Combining steamed seafood with hotpot satisfies two cravings at once, and I had no objections.
Near the entrance, there is a large fish tank filled with a variety of fresh, lively seafood.
A glance at the menu reveals prices that seem to have turned back time. From my memory, Chiu Fook's prices were higher even a decade ago.
Whether enjoying a steam pot or hotpot, having drinks is essential. The beverage cabinet outside offers unlimited beer, soda, and sugarcane root water.
The meal starts with a soup. Tonight's black chicken soup was rich and flavorful, a pleasant surprise.
After the soup, we began tasting the steamed seafood. Just like in the past, someone managed the timing for us. The first course was live shellfish, including clams and cockles, each one fresh and tender, needing no additional sauces.
Next was lobster, half a lobster per person. The white lobster meat spoke for itself, and each bite was satisfying.
We then chose four types of seafood: oysters, razor clams, scallops, and abalone. The oysters were plump and fresh.
With a professional managing the timing, the razor clams remained crisp and not chewy, steamed with garlic and vermicelli. If I had done it myself, they might have been overcooked.
The scallops were tender, and even the abalone was not tough.
After the seafood, we had two types of meatballs: preserved vegetable steamed pork balls and fresh shrimp balls. I preferred the latter for its bouncy texture.
We then had steamed chicken with cordyceps flowers before moving on to the hotpot.
We chose a clear lamb broth for friends who don't eat beef. The broth was better than expected, with corn and lamb, and no unpleasant smell.
A platter of beef, lamb, and pork satisfied the meat lovers. The lamb had a good amount of fat, but as a beef lover, I preferred the beef.
Vegetables and instant noodles were available outside, but by this point, most people were too full to eat much more. A couple of bowls of vegetables were enough.
Of course, we didn't forget the congee base, which had absorbed all the seafood essence, making it incredibly sweet.
The final dessert was red date cake, but if you don't like Chinese pastries, there was also ice cream available outside to satisfy your sweet tooth.
It was definitely another night of being stuffed to the brim.

Winter in Saint Petersburg: Romance and Splendor in the Snow
Saint Petersburg, the northern gem of Russia, reveals a unique charm in winter. As snowflakes gently fall, the entire city transforms into a fairy tale world.
Walking through the streets of Saint Petersburg, you will be awed by the magnificent architecture. The grandeur of the Winter Palace, the solemnity of the Kazan Cathedral, and the exquisite beauty of the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood all speak to the city's rich history and cultural heritage. Covered in snow, these buildings exude an even more mysterious aura.
The Neva River also has its own winter charm. The river freezes over, and people play and skate on the ice, their laughter echoing in the air. At night, the lights along the riverbank shine brightly, reflecting on the ice, creating a dreamlike scene.
There are many unique activities to enjoy in Saint Petersburg during winter. You can watch a spectacular ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theatre or participate in the local ice and snow festival to experience the warmth and joy of the Russian people.
Of course, don't forget to savor the local cuisine. A steaming bowl of borscht, delicious caviar, and sweet chocolate will warm and satisfy you on a cold winter day.

Delicious and beautiful Hawaiian rice bowls.
Visited Sheung Wan to find some seafood shops and cat managers🐈, and stumbled upon this Hawaiian rice bowl restaurant🍚~
The restaurant has simple yet thoughtful decor💗~
We chose two types of Hawaiian rice bowls, both were super rich~
The toppings were abundant😍, and the value for money was great!
We chose a Big Mac Chicken🐔~
The slow-cooked chicken was perfectly done, very tender👍~
If you're into fitness, this rice bowl is perfect for you~
It also comes with pineapple, quinoa, and cherry tomatoes🍅, colorful, healthy, and delicious~
I was a bit greedy and opted for a customized rice bowl😋~
You can choose the base, either salad greens, Japanese sushi rice, or brown rice🍣~
Then pick a protein, I chose salmon🐟~
You get to choose three side dishes, I picked corn🌽, Chinese salad, and crab roe~
Finally, choose a sauce, and it's done👏!
Super large portion and super rich, makes your mouth water~
They have many special drinks, I chose the mango yogurt special🥭~
The base is blended mango puree with yogurt🍹~
But the mango ratio is not high, so it's not too sweet, more of the yogurt's sour taste~
My partner ordered the avocado yogurt special🥑, as the weather was too dry and needed some moisture🌬~
The avocado drink was very creamy, also had a strong yogurt flavor, not too sweet👌~
Didn't expect to find such a great poking shop in Sheung Wan~
The people eating there were very fit💪, with great body shapes~
If you like to eat healthily, make sure to try it~

Hong Kong's Must-Try Popular Bakery - Hashtag B.
Since Hashtag B opened in Tseung Kwan O, I always buy a bunch of goodies to take home and enjoy slowly after reheating them.
This time, I went overboard and bought an Irish Cream Tart, Napoleon Caramel Mille-feuille Tart, Mentaiko Hot Dog, Seeded German Twist, and Passion Fruit Pineapple Butter Soft Bun. My favorite is the Irish Cream Tart, which uses a sweet wine caramel sauce, making it both sweet and fragrant.

Hong Kong's specialized pork restaurant is very unique.
Environment🐷
The decor is quite distinctive, themed around missions. The menu design and ordering process are quite special. The space is small with only 5-6 tables, mainly focusing on takeout.
Food🤭
From the pictures, you can tell I'm a regular. I've tried almost everything, and I highly recommend the following:
[👍🏻 Signature Whiskey B3Q Pork Chop Rice $92]
This sauce is the most unique and special, but it's a bit sweet. If you don't like sweet flavors, it might not be for you.
[👍🏻 Cheese Apple Baked Pork Chop Rice $102]
This is the most distinctive baked rice, definitely worth a try.
Other rice dishes are standard, none are disappointing. It's one of my go-to places.

Fresh cream cheese with smoked salmon, paired with amazing sourdough. Very delicious💯💓
The purple sweet potato puree is also well made, seems like they added yogurt, not bad~

The matcha tart here is very unique. It looks like an egg tart, but inside it actually has matcha mochi. The outer layer is crispy, the egg layer on top is smooth, and the mochi inside is soft and chewy. It has a strong matcha flavor as well as a rich egg aroma. This is also one of the restaurant's signature dishes and a must-try! The restaurant also offers other snacks, so be sure to come back and try them next time!

🥘Perfect choice for Japanese Wagyu Sukiyaki @🌟Reiwa Hot Pot Sake Shop🌟
。
💁♀️ Pictures show the delicacies as:
Dojo-cooked Japanese A4 Wagyu Sukiyaki 250g HKD 428
Japanese A4 Wagyu beef 100g HKD 98
Cheese Melted Chicken Meatballs HKD 38
Slow Cooked Chicken Coriander Salad HKD 48
Sauce Grilled Samoyed Chicken HKD 32
Kansai Osaka Style Squid Skewers HKD 28
Red Bean Snapper Grilled HKD 32
Grilled Ice and Fire Pineapple HKD 28
。
👽 The weather is starting to cool down, my favorite thing is to eat hot pot. This Japanese restaurant that focuses on hot pot has opened a new branch in Tsim Sha Tsui. Come and try it with your friends!
。
🥘The restaurant has many kinds of hot pot to choose from, once you see this "tang cooked sukiyaki", said it will be grilled first and then soup, too attractive, must order! This price, including Japanese A4 Wagyu shoulder for 250g, also has a fresh vegetable plate, Japanese interrot, sage, absolutely great value! The shopkeeper helped grill the beef on the spot. The wagyu beef was tender and gluten-free, super smooth and tender, absolutely high quality! Then use sukiyaki as soup for hot pot, two kinds of enjoyment for one price!
。
🥩 The beef is very tasty, so I added two more portions of "Japanese A4 Wagyu 100g", this price, this portion, no frozen taste, no gluten tender, absolutely great value, great satisfaction!
。
🧆 Add "cheese melted chicken meatballs" to the pot, which are very large, with cheese melted and vanilla flavor, adding different flavors.
。
🌿 Wagyu fat is heavy, eat a "slow cooked chicken coriander salad" to balance. Very refreshing, lots of hand-shredded chicken, plus an oversized pocket of coriander salad, very appetizing, and super refreshing at the same time.
。
🍢 In addition to hot pot food, there are also many izakaya snacks. The price of "Samosa Chicken with Sauce Grilled" is affordable. The chicken is grilled very tenderly and very well seasoned.
。
🦑 The menu recommends a new product "Osaka style squid skewers", I thought it was similar to fried squid beard, but it turned out to be a squid paste that was beaten to plastic, very big, very large, and not fried will not Afraid of hot air.
。
🐟 It is rare to see the classic dessert "red bean bream grilled", red beans are not too sweet, plus the bream grilled to the outside crispy, the taste is just right, great value and delicious!
。
🍍 Must order "Grilled Ice and Fire Pineapple", refreshing and refreshing, definitely a good choice after a meal!
。
😋 There are many food options here, and there are many counters, super comfortable seating, great value for money, absolutely suitable for gathering friends together to chat and eat good food!

👽 Food God Aunt "North Point|Authentic Argentinian Steak Restaurant Opens a New Branch"
‼ ️❤️ Remember to click on the upper right corner⚡️Follow me⚡️ to get the latest deals & food information❤️!! ️
。
🥩Spaceful place specializing in authentic Argentinian steak @🌟La Parrilla Steakhouse🌟
。
💁♀️ Image showing the food:
Lunch HKD 218
Argentinian lemon juice marinated shrimp
Raw Beef Tata + HKD 38
Sealing willow 250g
Tenderloin 250g + HKD 98
Garlic French fries
Caramel pudding + HKD 68
。
👀 Rarely come to this area during lunch time, knowing that the restaurant that focuses on beautiful Argentine steak has opened a new branch nearby, of course you have to try it! A LUNCH MENU will be available at lunchtime, which is cheaper and will include appetizers, main courses, and unlimited toppings of french fries.
。
🐂 First I chose the "raw beef tartar", fresh beef chopped very small, with fresh seasonings and egg yolk, really a good quality appetizer.
。
🦐 Also chose the "Argentine Lemon Juice Pickled Shrimp", sour seasoning with cold shrimp, now the weather is still hot, just appetizing.
。
🥩 When you come to an authentic Argentinian steak restaurant, of course you have to choose the steak for the main course! The steaks for lunch are all special selection of Argentinian grass-fed beef with no tenderizers or MSG! We chose the fillet and tenderloin, a full 250g, the portion is definitely enough! The former is chewier and brings a more intense beef flavor. The latter is super tender in texture and very juicy.
。
🥔 For the side dish, I chose "Garlic French Fries". The fries are plump, fried crispy, with a little garlic flavour. The best part is that it can be topped in unlimited ways, but to be honest it serves as a bucket on its own and is basically inedible.
。
🍮 Finally, of course, dessert is not missing, the signature "caramel pudding" to rich milk flavor, bite texture is also stronger than ordinary pudding.
。
😋 Lunch is really cheap, large and delicious, the new branch has more space, the dining environment is very comfortable, remember to try it when you have the opportunity.

Chiu Chow Style Seafood Feast
Every time I pass by Chan Peng Peng Chiu Chow Cuisine, it's always packed. Since it's still crab season, I decided to bring my family to enjoy some crabs 💗🦀 Of course, we couldn't miss out on trying the restaurant's various signature dishes, so we had a Chiu Chow style seafood feast. No service charge, great value 💗 Overall, the quality is high and the price-performance ratio is excellent 👍🏻
🦀 Oil and Salt Baked Crab
The original flavor of the baked crab is amazing. As soon as you open the lid, the aroma of oil and salt hits you. Each bite of crab meat is firm, juicy, and incredibly fresh and sweet.
🦀 Steamed Hairy Crab
Each crab weighs about 3.5-4 taels 💗 Freshly steamed and served hot. The roe is super rich and the taste is wonderfully fragrant 🤤 Highly recommended.
🐟 Pan-fried Golden Pomfret
This dish won the 🥈 Hong Kong Chiu Chow Cuisine Silver Award. The golden pomfret is perfectly pan-fried, with crispy golden skin and tender, savory flesh 👍🏼
🦐 Seafood Claypot Congee
One of the restaurant's signature dishes. Almost every table orders it! The portion is quite large, about 4-6 small bowls 😋 It’s packed with seafood, including shrimp, clams, and small oysters. Every bite is full of fresh flavor.
🦪 Nan'ao Oyster Omelette
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a great texture ☺️ The oysters are plentiful, large, and plump. Dip it in a bit of fish sauce for a savory and delicious taste.
🍐 Lotus Seed Stewed Pear
A satisfying dessert to end the meal! The stewed pear is served cold, refreshing and light.
🍯 Taro Balls with Grass Jelly
Lots of grass jelly, chewy and smooth. Not too sweet, very refreshing.

Christmas Buffet
December is a time of universal celebration and my favorite holiday. It's all about eating, drinking, and celebrating joyfully.
Having a buffet seems inevitable, at least for me, as I've been doing it since I was a kid. This year, I went to Congress Plus at the Convention Center for their buffet.
The food selection is overwhelming. Simply put, they have everything you can find outside and more. As usual, I'll only introduce some festive dishes and highlight items.
The chilled seafood variety is extensive. Basic items like sea prawns, sea snails, and mussels are available. The snow crab legs are sweet and fresh, and the lobster is full of roe without being tough like chewing rubber. They even have bread crab, which is satisfying.
Freshly shucked oysters are always the most popular item. However, I'm not as young as I used to be, so I can only savor one or two instead of devouring a dozen.
Sashimi and sushi are usually sections I might skip, but the quality here is excellent, especially the thick scallops and red shrimp sashimi, which are crowd favorites.
Indian curry is another highlight, prepared by an Indian chef to ensure authenticity. All the curries are delicious, particularly the curry fish. The fish's texture is perfect, and the curry sauce is slightly spicier than usual, making it a great match with Indian rice or naan.
I must mention the roast meats here, which are of very high quality. Remember to save some room.
The black garlic herb lamb chops are already enticing, but the roast beef is a must-try. The tender red color hints at its quality, and it's tender and flavorful without losing its meatiness. The edges have a bit of fat, adding to the taste. It's rare to find such quality at a buffet.
For Christmas, they also serve turkey and honey-glazed ham. The latter is my favorite, and the turkey is not dry at all, thanks to slow cooking, which is indeed a great invention.
There are also limited-time items like melt-in-your-mouth foie gras mousse pie, refreshing shrimp cocktails, smoked salmon platters, and global cheese platters, offering more choices than usual.
Festive desserts are, of course, tempting. The raspberry pistachio crunch cake shaped like a Christmas hat will delight both kids and adults. Macarons are decorated with Christmas hats or snowmen, and cookies feature various Christmas characters and decorations. Cream puffs are also recommended.
Additionally, this year's Christmas theme is writing letters to Santa, so one of the desserts is a Santa's mailbox, which is actually a white chocolate and Earl Grey hazelnut roll, very creative.
With limited stomach capacity, I tried my best to enjoy some regular desserts like egg waffles and Movenpick ice cream, almost bursting my belly.

🔸Red Date Lotus Seed Stewed Peach Jelly $39
The weather is cooler, so I chose this one with hot food. After drinking it, I feel very moist and full of ingredients. There are many red dates, lotus seeds and peach jelly, and it is cooked very soft enough, and the sweetness is not sweet😊
🔸Durian Crystal Beads $48
As soon as I walked in, I could smell the aroma of durian. Basically, I eat this one every time I come here. There are large pieces of fresh durian flesh on top, plus durian ice made from durian, good Crispy crystal beads, this one is perfect for those who like durian

Seeing that there was food at the next table, I ordered it 😂 The small cup of pudding is just right for me to satisfy my craving. It has a light mango flavor and a soft and smooth pudding texture
