Ciclo, this restaurant, really dazzles the eyes 😍 The environment is elegant and comfortable, the service is attentive and thorough, and most importantly, the quality of the food is extremely high, with each dish full of surprises 🥂
First, I tried their OYSTER CEVICHE $108, the oysters were fresh, plump, and crisp, paired with shiso liquor, sake, and tomato, sour and sweet, perfectly balancing the freshness of the oysters.
Then I tried the UNI LOBSTER BISQUE ARANCINI, this is a must-eat! $228 for two pieces, the lobster soup base is rich and sweet, paired with sea urchin, full of freshness, and the fried rice balls are golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a rich texture 😋
PAPPARDELLE WITH BURNT SPINACH CREAM $227, the wide noodles are chewy, paired with burnt spinach cream sauce, morel mushrooms, and buffalo cheese, rich and savory.
BUTTER SAKE CLAMS POT is also a must-try $228 a pot of clams, fresh and sweet, paired with sake and ginger. The rice cakes inside are chewy, soaking up the soup, really delicious!
Finally, I tried JAM & BLOSSOM $78 a cup, the strawberry jam is sour and sweet, paired with osmanthus glutinous rice tea, refreshing and sweet.
Sake Sour $120, the alcohol taste is not too strong, with lemon juice, pineapple syrup, and sake, easy to drink.
The food quality here is high, each dish is full of thought, and the environment is comfortable, the service is attentive, definitely worth a try!
