#citywalk Myeongdong is one of the Korea's famous shopping and fashion districts in Seoul. You can find many local, international brands and department stores as you walk along the two main streets beginning from Myeong-dong Subway Station and Eulji-ro Subway Station. Walking around Myeongdong is a pleasant experience as many parts of the district are pedestrian-friendly. As night falls, the area turns into a buzzling night market with many street food vendors lining the streets. Below are some of my personal must-do's in Myeongdong: 1) HBAF Almond Flagship Store I bought the giant pack with 22 different flavours in mini packets. Do drop by this largest HBAF store to sample some of the flavours! 2) Daiso You can find the largest Daiso store with 12 floors near Myeongdong subway station. There is also another underground store near Myeongdong walking street. 3) Myeongdong Kyoja Michelin restaurant that you should not miss. 4) Fried Chicken with beer There are many similar restaurants in Myeongdong. We tried Kkanbu Chicken. 5) Korean Cosmetics Stores You can find all the Korean cosmetic brands in Myeongdong. I went shopping at Daiso IMM today to look for some Chinese New Year decorations. The artificial flowers look so real and high quality. I like the Gerbera Daisy flower and Cherry Blossom, very beautiful and elegant. Other than Chinese New Year flowers, there were also Japanese kadomatsu. The artificial plants and fruits are gorgeous for home décor too. #tripblazers #daiso #singapore

All items are price RM5.90 unless otherwise stated. The pricelist can be seen at several random and visible areas for customers’ convenience. There is bound to be someone for whoever stepped into Daiso... it retails almost everything under the sun, from minute things like eraser to pots and pans or big storage containers. Seoul is really a shopping paradise especially for ladies! Even a queen sized bed is not enough to display all our purchases 🤪 The best shopping location was gotomall at express bus terminal metro station. Lanes of endless clothes, shoes, home decor, ladies accessories such as hair clips, earrings, hairbands at a cheap price! Bling bling hair clips were at KRW4,000 & clothes as cheap as less than KRW10,000! It was like bugis street on steroids, but at a cheaper price & even better quality😛 Sadly, there were only a handful of shops selling men clothes. Other places to shop: - Daiso (also has tidbits at KRW1,000) - Sigonggan for a massive range of earrings, necklaces & some hair accessories, etc), - Chakhan shoes for very affordable footwear for ladies (boots 👢, casual, work 🥿or high heel 👠) - Namdaemun Market. Cheap socks for KRW10,000 for 12 pairs if I remember correctly. - Olive Young.
