The location of the hotel is superb and very convenient to travel from and to Harbin Airport. And it’s just right few minutes walk to and from the Zhongyang Dajie (the central street). Highly recommended for everyone visiting Harbin! Stayed in the multi-level room. The design is nice with an electric curtain. One thing to improve is that the room lights are too dim and It would be a lot nicer if the hotel can change the room lights to be brighter or to be adjustable lights.

Good place to stay. The front desk is always helpful and friendly. There are free snacks and tea in the lobby. Rooms are very clean and warm (needed during winter). I got an upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. From my perspective it would have been a 10/10 if the walls to the neighbouring rooms weren’t so thin. Sadly I only could sleep on 3/5 nights since on the two other nights my neighbour guests were screaming and shouting all night long. So it’s an 8/10 from me.

Excellent location, as it was away from the hustle and bustle, but only just around the corner. Exit the front door and turn left or right and you were entering the Harbin experience. Meandering through the streets we found the best sights, food, and shopping, and at the end of the day, all roads easily led us back to this comfortable, easy going accommodation. A bit light on providing the tea bags, but the water pressure was great! The concierge ensured the Didi made the u turn to collect us out front, as they were prone to making us cross the (very difficult) road. Late checkout was awesome, and they looked after our bags as well. We love Harbin!

We stayed here for four nights and everyday, the breakfast buffet seemed different, except for a few staples. There was Jenny 黃艳华 at the breakfast room who was especially friendly and served us food like yoghurt and some special dishes. The food was good and had choices like russian sausages, quo bao rou, salads, fresh fruits, various breads and cakes. We were very full every morning and never had to eat lunch, as breakfast was served until 12noon. I like the Deluxe twin room that we booked. It was spacious and had two separate toilet and baths and closets, perfect for us! The shower was very warm and strong. Everyday, we had enough drinking water that we never had to buy extra. The room had all the amenities that we needed. Perhaps my only complaint is that the room was too warm as the thermostat seemed unadjustable, so we had to open one window. Overall, we had a good sleep every night as no noise from outside can be heard. We requested a higher floor (15th floor). Sometimes we had to wait for the lift as only 3 lifts served the whole hotel. There was a souvenir shop at the lobby and an afternoon tea area. The general location of the hotel was good. A subway station was across the street and Stalin Park and Zhongyang Dajie were both only a short walk away. Along Tongjiang Street was a pharmacy and some restaurants. Hongzhuan Morning Market was just a few blocks away. Taxis can be taken right outside the door. We would like to stay here again.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Hotel is continently located near Zhongyang Street, approximately 15 minutes walk from the main pedestrian area.

We were very fortunate to have booked this hotel for my first retirement adventure with my wife. The hotel’s location is excellent - walking distance to the Zhongyang Da Jie, the St Sophia Cathedral and the esplanade for the winter fun games which is a short distance from the cable car to cross the river. Just a short drive away DiDi drive away from the Ice and Snow World. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and and went out of their way to help us find our way around the city and made sure our stay there was so very comfortable. We paid for the buffet breakfast which while simple but had a fairly good local range and was wholesome and pretty tasty. The room had a full range of amenities including bedroom slippers water kettle and bathrobe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tianyan , Hotel and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenience. Located just a short walk from the metro station, I found it incredibly easy to navigate the city and explore all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel is very close to Central Street, which is a vibrant area filled with shops, restaurants, and stunning architecture. Being able to step out and immerse myself in the local culture was a highlight of my trip. Given my wonderful experience, I didn’t hesitate to book the same place again for my next visit to Harbin. The combination of cleanliness, convenience, and friendly service makes this Hotel a top choice for anyone looking to enjoy this beautiful city. Highly recommend!

A place where you don't want to leave once you come. The original ecological life makes our family feel very comfortable. Although we can't in the same language, the shopkeepers are actively helping to answer various questions. The children have never seen snow at home, and they don't want to leave they come here. Hospitality was unmatched / unparalleled 7* 1. Owner helped us to book the bus from harbin to xue gu 2. When we arrived by bus it was almost 1245pm too late for the wu song ling activity which departs at 12 pm. The owner helped us to call and arrange and send us to catch up with the driver who will continue to bring us all the way up. 3. Ding shu (owner's dad) was the best! He brought us around at the wu song ling. Helped us take photos and videos! 4. Home cooked food at reasonable prices and portions were huge. 5. At night there were free sparklers and hot water throwing activity which was directed by ding shu too:) 6. Free frozen pears and persimmons 7. Next morning the owner helped us to book bus from xue gu to yabuli 8. The bus was at 630am but breakfast starts after 630am the aunties who cooked food help us to prepare breakfast on the go. 2 pieces of bread and 2 eggs. Things to take note of: 1. towels are single use disposable towels need to ask the lady owner for it. Actually she leaves it at the reception can self take 2. Hair dryers are probably shared use I saw some at reception but I never ask as I brought my own 3. There are ethnic costumes that you can borrow for photo taking 4. Frozen fruits are free to take at table in front of the reception 5. Frozen lake at their back yard that you can play. Snow play items are freely available too. Got a tube sledding area too! Ice bicycles are available on the lake. We didn't get to play as the skies were dark by the time we reach the accommodation after wu song ling and we left too early the next morning. 6. Bed is hard but is normal. And is electrically heated. 7. Toilet and bathing area is the same.

The main reason for choosing this hotel is their winter fishing, which is indeed a fresh experience. The kids had a lot of fun. Shengshi Jiayuan Hostel is far away from Harbin Snow Town about 2 hours by bus 🚌 We went there from 30 Dec 24 - 1 Jan 25 📅 I recommend ⭐⭐⭐ to whoever likes to stay in a local place. It's a good place, not many people and a lot of things to do. Staff are very friendly, like family. You need to pay 400 Yuan to do activities and you will pay 50 Yuan to rent helmets and glasses for skiing. The first activity is to take a photo of the mountain 🗻, Second activity is to Ski 🏂( you can ski as many times as you can ), Third activity is to ride a Snowmobile, and 5 more activities (ride a horse sled and dog sled not included in the activity of 400 yuan)

The first time I came to Wuchang, the price was reasonable and the location was great. There were all kinds of snacks and restaurants downstairs. The decoration of the hotel was also very good.
