I came to Changchun again! This time I chose to stay at Bauhinia. I upgraded my room type twice. This time I was upgraded to a business suite. I am very grateful for the hotel's thoughtful service! Facilities: A very traditional old-fashioned hotel with dressing tables, ironing machines, scales, etc. Many current luxury hotels are not as comprehensive as Bauhinia. Hygiene: Bauhinia's hygiene must be praised. There are no water stains on the glasses provided, and there are no water stains on the mirrors and faucets in the bathroom. The hygiene standards are quite high. Although it is an old hotel, the linens are very new and hygienic, and customers will feel more at ease. Service: Bauhinia's service is really nothing to say. It feels like spending a little money to enjoy the service of a five-star hotel. Whether it is a request for delayed check-out or requesting water delivery, it can be met in time, which is great!

Hot spring is very cool, there are indoor and outdoor facilities. The spring water feels like the real volcano water flowing down from the sky lake. Room master Yin Ling is in charge of our rooms and she is very helpful. We decided to make a last minute decision to extend our stay and contacted her at ungodly 12am. She is more than happy to assist us with this request and also arranged us to stay in the same room. The hotel is also well situated, right in front of the changbaishan national park main entrance.

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

I chose to stay at Wanda Smart Choice when traveling with my mother, especially the two beauties Zhang Xiaoyan and Zhang Yan when dining in the restaurant. They are beautiful and generous as their name suggests, and their kind care made my mother feel very warm and moved. Considering my mother's high blood sugar, Those who could not be eaten were specially told not to put them away, and the cucumbers and fruits were washed and given to us, so that we could feel the warmth of home. Location Location Location Location. Beidahu is one of the best ski resort area in China. Holiday Inn Beidahu is right near the epicenter of the action. It does take a shuttle bus to get to the main ski center so it is not exactly a ski in, ski out type of hotel. However, it was surprisingly convenient! There are shuttle buses every few minutes and the journey only lasts also a few minutes ride as well. We did not feel inconvenienced at all, we were quite impressed actually at the frequency! The room we had was very spacious, modern and clean. Completely up to par by international standards. The reception staff was very accomodating and even helped to arrange our transportation to and from the hotel back to the train station. The breakfast is very impressive as well - lots to pick from. I have no complaints about the hotel, it was everything we asked for and at such good value! We recommend.

The hotel is in the city center, conveniently located, and has free late-night porridge service. Every day when I was freezing cold outside, I came back to drink it to warm my heart and stomach. The double room is not very big, but it is very clean. The front desk girl and the room service auntie are very nice. When traveling with children, they also took the initiative to provide us with children's toiletries. I will choose Atour next time when I come to Jilin

The room is right next to the Songhua Lake Ski Resort. You can see the ski trail from the window. It's only a 10-minute walk. We always come back to change into snow clothes before going out. The room is very clean and spacious. In addition to floor heating, there is also air conditioning. The room is very hot. The boss is very considerate and responds to messages quickly. He told us where there are delicious and cost-effective restaurants, and patiently told us the walking route. It reflects very professional service. The standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.
