It’s centrally located, just a 10-minute walk from both IFS Mall and Xinnamen Bus Station. The staff was welcoming and even upgraded our room. They kindly allowed us a late check-out for free, despite normally charging for it. We also got cute panda headbands as a gift! There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, and a shop selling fresh fruit nearby. It’s easy to catch a Didi, and the hotel offers luggage storage and ironing facilities. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and thoughtful touches.

On December 30, 10:30 p.m. Due to booking the wrong month and my inexperienced language communication As a result, I almost had a security deposit of 96 yuan collected from the official. For the reason that they did not trust me to stay. I had to show the luggage slip to the staff to confirm my continued stay. Make him change his mind about not doing that. Luckily I still have the same type of room. and can stay continuously for 3 days without having to move rooms around And on the last day, I still have to use the luggage storage service. to prepare for the return trip

It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

This hotel is not in the center of Taikoo Li, but not far, still convenient by DD. It is by a river and we had a nice stroll while looking for our dinner place. Our check-in was very pleasant, the receptionist is on 3rd floor, small but very nice and homey, we love it! We asked many questions about places to visit and to eat. The staff Xiao Liu was very helpful and pleasant, we added hotel's weixin for communication convenience. We mistakenly booked a 2-bed room, and she helped us to easily change to a family room for 3 with no fuss. We are very happy with our room! Our room also comes with a complimentary snack basket, tea set, and foot bath bucket for a good night sleep. We very much recommend this hotel for travellers who like a more relaxed atmosphere.

I got a room with window and was staying for two nights. The room is ok. Furniture might seems to be a little but old (the wooden part) but everything works normally. The staff is really nice. They came to make our room for another day of staying. They changed all towels, slippers, water and etc. The place is near by pharmacy which open 24/7. The opposite of the hotel is a minimart which sell many kind of products such as dairy profuct, fruits and food. It is only 7 mins walk from Chunxi road and also not far from Tianfu square

We were like wow, wow, wow of its great location ! Just few steps away, you will find the vibrant shopping and eateries area. There are simply a lot of shops, malls to see and browse ! Do allocate some time for that ya. We just love the room that comes with a living hall as it gives a sense of staying just at your own home, seating area is comfortable and not just one single chair at the working desk or one single sofa which is absiolutely not enough ! The reception ladies especially Xiao Yue was very accomodating and works very fast ! Check in, check out, luggage handling were all super efficient. Kudos Xiao Yue ! Last one, the hotel name is TRAVELLING WITH !

Staffs there were so nice, its suitable for 1-2days stay only, will not recommend if u r staying for more days. Room heater is not warm enough which resulted us from waking up in the middle of the night as its too cold. On our last day theres only cold water only not sure why, didnt bother to ask the staffs as theres no phone in the room to contact the counter. They provided counter number for us to use our phone to dial but we are foreigners so unable to do so.

Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

As soon as I got off the car in front of the property, a staff member helped carry my luggage and escorted me to the accommodation. They thoroughly explained all the details about the property, which was very helpful. The staff spoke English fluently, so there’s no need to worry about communication, and they made every effort to understand our needs. I arrived in the afternoon, so I took some time to rest and recover from the travel fatigue. The room was clean and spacious. I chose a twin room, and the size was perfect for two people. The room was fully equipped with amenities such as drinking water, a hairdryer, and toiletries (the soap smelled amazing!). The bed was clean, soft, and very comfortable—it kept me warm and cozy even though it was around -4°C outside. The floor had a heater, and the staff made sure to explain everything clearly. There were extra blankets provided in the bedside cabinet and two types of indoor slippers available. The room also had a water heater, which worked perfectly. For meals, there’s a dining area downstairs. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. The hot tea was particularly delightful, and they also offered a variety of coffee and other drinks to choose from. I highly recommend trying the hotpot here—it was incredibly tasty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and paid great attention to detail. One of the staff members, who might also be the owner, kindly arranged a taxi for us to visit Shuangqiaogou. They also helped us book transportation back to Chengdu, with an additional service fee of 10 yuan per person. They were so thoughtful and accommodating! I was genuinely happy with my choice to stay here, and there was nothing disappointing about the experience. It was worth every penny and exceeded my expectations in every way. I even met many Thai travelers during my stay, so it was lively and far from lonely! If you’re unsure about staying here, I highly recommend this place—you won’t regret it. The hotel is near the bus stop from huanglongjiuzhai station, the building behind KFC. Around the hotel , there are many restaurants and shops. We stayed here for 3 nights, and walked to jiuzhai valley national park, my parents liked there and this hotel very much . The view from my families room is superb!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff had a good attitude. When we arrived at the hotel after 6pm, the floor heating was turned on for us. It was very warm and considerate when we entered the room.

The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

This hotel is considered a good B&B in the local area. It has its own parking lot and charging stations, which is very friendly to trams! The hotel lobby is elegantly decorated and the rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a room with a balcony. It was so comfortable to bask in the sun and drink tea with my girlfriend on the balcony. The hotel's soup pot is also delicious. We ate it in the hotel for two nights. The most commendable thing is the butler service. As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, they helped us take our luggage and sent it directly to the room. They also responded to our requests. It is worth a second visit.

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

We stayed 2 nights in their newly renovated building and found the room spacious (豪华房 clean and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a lots of varieties. Location is about 15yuan away from Jiuzhaigou Park main gate, overall we would recommend it. Btw the girl at the reception was very nice, professional efficient and helpful. Thank you 小关!

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. The accommodation experience of Tianyuan Howard Johnson Hotel is also perfect. It is fully capable of receiving tourists from all over the world who have requirements for accommodation conditions. Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!
