I extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff. House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance. My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

Overall very good, the room is clean, close to the beach, shopping and eating around are convenient. And it tastes good. My friends and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for one night while transitioning to Guilin. The hotel was in a good location next to the beach, and we were happy to have good rooms overlooking the sea view. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant at the hotel, and they had excellent service and food (the beef fried rice is a must to have). The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide range of options available. It would have been nice for the lounge to extend its opening times as they close quite early, and we could not access it. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai.

I stayed here when it was newly opened, but I never thought that it would change so much in ten years. We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The front desk is very nice and welcoming, offered us free breakfasts where you can find a really good variety of food. and added our wechat in case needed any help. If you go there Mr Yuan yuan shan at the front desk will surely make you feel like home. He is so freindly and helpful.
