The hotel is well situated for public transport and getting around the city, with good parking and attentive security, and friendly staff members. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable with all the mod cons. I especially like the Nespresso coffee unit. Good Food & Beverage offerings especially the breakfast in their welcoming restaurant and bar a great way to start the day. It even has a handy co-working space for when you are on the go. Nice swimming pool, gym, and kids’ room. Not forgetting the rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I highly recommend the Oakwood Suites Tiwanon as your second home away from home. At this hotel, I booked through Trip.com and got a very good price. Very cheap and I got to use the bus tokens. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was soft, and it was very close to the train station. Very good value.

The hotel is affordable and very clean. It's near the mall, about a 10-minute walk away. It's in the alley. It's not noisy overall, but the soundproofing of the room is a bit poor. You can hear people talking in the rooms next to them. There are also quite a few 711s around.

The hotel itself seems to be somewhat aging, but the functional rooms and the atmosphere of the cruiser style in the first floor lobby can be evaluated. I have stayed here before in 2019, and was very pleased to return in 2023. The hotel is very good value. All the staff are very helpful, and I was helped by Lucky when I had to copy important data from a CD. The food is very good, with a really big choice for breakfast. I am a bit fussy about food, but no difficulty finding what I liked. The room service food is also good. Everywhere is very clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to a friend. Another very important thing for me , is that the MRT station is only a few metres away. There is a bridge to cross the road making access easy and safe. There is a supermarket nearby. Big thank you to all the staff.

I feel very sorry for the staff at this hotel who are forced to work under extreme pressures due to the manager’s and the owner’s sheer ignorance, incompetence and money grabbing attitude. After paying around $1,000 to stay here during the quarantine period, I have not received a single edible meal from the hotel, the WiFi is intermittent at best, the bed is rock hard with a ginormous pillow and you will be charged and extra near $100 dollars to smoke in an OUTSIDE area. I have been forced to pay a substantial amount of extra money just in order to survive in here, despite the promise of food, internet and relative comfort during my 14 night stay. (Even the fruit comes with insects already feeding on it, or rotting!) It’s closer to a prison than a hotel! Three staff members here (Tangkwa, Jah and Ni) are the only benefit of the hotel and I am really not sure how they manage with the volume of complaints they must receive from customers here! It’s beyond a joke and I would recommend not putting yourself through the torture. Pay a little more for another ASQ as you will end up paying through the nose for extra things just to get you through! The owner is cowardly and extremely unprofessional! AVOID THIS HELL HOLE Tangkwa, Jah and Ni, please do yourselves a favour and get yourself away from here ASAP you guys deserve so much better and I would like to thank you (and only you) for trying your best to make the experience more bearable although it’s near on impossible.

We plan to stay for 3 nights from August 4, 2023, and use the interior of the Showa modern room recommended by Airtri and the highly-rated Thai Vanlist Hotel Gamwonwan. Taxi use is essential because it is in a difficult place to understand. According to the online information, the hair dryer was written as a reservation required, so when I asked for a loan, it said ”I don't have” ... I prepared it if you stated that there was no hair dryer. Amenities are only small soap in individual packaging. There are no shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and only home bath towels are placed for the number of people. When locking the door from the outside, lock it by pushing the button on the handle of the door knob from the room and closing the door. I am also worried about security. There was no safety box in the room. When I went to the front desk because hot water did not come out from the shower in the guided room, an incredible word ”tomorrow night” came out. After pressing and answering, I asked him to change to another room, but only the first time there was hot water and then water. I haven't confirmed the operation, but a CRT type TV was installed. There is a gap in the window glass on the border with the veranda, and the bathtub, washroom, refrigerator, floor, sofa, and desk are crawling with ants. The spring of the bed is deteriorating and my back hurts, mites? I couldn't withstand the itching that I was bitten and spent the rest of the schedule looking for another hotel. I dared to write it because there is no such information in the word of mouth. It is very dangerous to make a reservation without any prior knowledge by swallowing good reviews like us. Among the many accommodations, it was very doubtful that Mr. Airtri would recommend such a facility. I traveled to Thailand 5 times, but it was an unprecedented accommodation. We had an amazing stay here in My Cocoon Hostel Chaeng Watthana. 1. STAY - the stay is cheap but the place is really neat and clean. A little problem with the automatic lock but we figured it out. 2. OWNER - The owner is very polite, friendly, that he listened to all our requests and whims despite the slight language barrier. He even let us use their charger (we forgot to bring our charger during our trip). 3. AMENITIES - Free coffee, free use of blower. Towel and shower gel and shampoo are also available. Overall 10/10 and highly recommended hostel.

This was my first stay at this hotel. This is the best hotel ( luxury) near the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi area. The rooms ( had 2 rooms ) were large with new furniture inside. The restaurant at 7th floor is amazing for any occasion. We celebrated birthday party with friends in the room has large screen Smart TV with Karaoke. The staff is amazing, well trained and very helpful. The owner himself is very polite and helpful. Hotel provides free drop off to and pick up from the Impact. Save lots of time and money during traffic time. I loved this hotel and would love to recommend to all, at least try it, you guys not gonna disappoint at all.

The hotel's service and hygiene are good. The only drawback is that you should at least have a small shop. There is no food. My wife is taking care of two children and she doesn't have time to go out to buy food. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped to deal with the problem of eating. Thank you

We stayed for three nights, mainly for a good location near government offices. Lovely room with the best beds of all hotels, but the pillows are too big! (I always bring my own small pillows.) Big refrigerator, microwave, free coffee and a separate living room with TV. Next door is a new outdoor restaurant (hidden backyard?) very good blended dishes at a reasonable price - try their sanglia sparkling wine! Can order a good breakfast and sit on your own tranquil balcony - I will be back here anytime! There are also a few small Thai ”family” shops nearby. This place is far from any nightlife, so you can enjoy your own time alone without anyone!

I came back again since Covid19 break out , I have nowhere to go and thinking about personal space where is peaceful. Room is a bit old yet still enough for this price. It charges me hourly cos i just want to take a break and work on my own, Better offer. THB 300 for 3 hours with hi speed internet, A/C and peace.

The room is clean, 3 people stay, the room is comfortable, has all the amenities. Outside the room is a bit scary because it is a condo, many people stay, but it is not a problem. The accommodation is near Impact, you can walk. But if it is Thunder Dome, I recommend taking a taxi or a motorcycle taxi. After the concert, come back to the accommodation. There are still restaurants selling food. There are many shops to choose from.

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

The Rich Hotel Ratchaphruek It was a former apartment that was changed to a hotel. The check-in counter has only 1 table in front of the entrance. There is no porter service. There is no hot water for making coffee. If you have a lot of luggage it's a bit difficult, there is an elevator available but it's on the mezzanine before going up to the 2nd floor. That is, you have to walk up the stairs before you can get on the elevator. Just came to stay with 2 mothers. So it was a bit difficult to carry the luggage because there was no staff to help lift it. Overall rooms are like normal apartment rooms, moderately clean. In the room there are 2 bottles of drinking water and 1 roll of tissue paper and 2 towels. But it's still good to have 7-11 in front of the hotel.
