3-Star Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

This is my First Time visiting Harbin staying for a week. I review the visit with four Cs. Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station. Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily. Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies. Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites. Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown. Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people. I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon. Thanks, everyone, for contributing positively to visitors in your country.

Excellent location, as it was away from the hustle and bustle, but only just around the corner. Exit the front door and turn left or right and you were entering the Harbin experience. Meandering through the streets we found the best sights, food, and shopping, and at the end of the day, all roads easily led us back to this comfortable, easy going accommodation. A bit light on providing the tea bags, but the water pressure was great! The concierge ensured the Didi made the u turn to collect us out front, as they were prone to making us cross the (very difficult) road. Late checkout was awesome, and they looked after our bags as well. We love Harbin!

The location of the hotel is superb - walkable to Central Street and St Sophia's Church. Room was big and warm, something that we really needed from the cold weather in Harbin. The cats in the cat corner are too cute!

Good location. Breakfast available. Just 1 min walk from the morning market which opens from 6am to 8am. Friendly staff. Free tanghulu for guests to taste. They also have a counter from travel agency at their reception for you to book trips to other places in heilongjiang or day trips within the city.

We booked two family rooms at this hotel and had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is excellent, being close to the main attractions. Additionally, we had couriered some parcels to the hotel before our arrival, and the staff were very helpful in receiving and assisting us when we couldn’t initially locate them. However, our stay was marred by a power shutdown from 11:30 PM to 4 AM on the first night. While there was an announcement posted near the lift, we unfortunately missed it and were not notified directly by the front desk or any staff. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience during our first night. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better communication with guests about such issues would greatly improve the experience.

Excellent location.Located in the center, short walk distance to walking street, and St. Sophia square. The room is quite dark, the provided towel is for one time use. Cups are paper cup. Coffee and tea provided only 1st day. Room is tidy but not that clean.

Adding on that the hotel was super open to helping us receive parcels. They kept many for us throughout the entire trip and were very patient in helping us identify parcels.

Warm and friendly place in a cold winter night. Clean. Really close to the railway station. Airport bus stop around the corner. I had a comfortable night sleep here between late arrival and early departure, will choose it again.

Service is excellent, and was served with hot tea when we reached the hotel. Check-in was super easy, and given free upgrade. Hotel location is excellent and walking distance to St Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. We deposited our luggage with the reception upon check-out as have lots of time before the flight departure. They also have a place for drinks at the lobby. Overall, will be back to book again when coming to Harbin. Very good and pleasant experience.

We stayed in Ibis Harbin Museum Hotel for 2 nights. Great service and we enjoyed our stay. The reception front desk staff were nice to help carry our luggage to the car sending us to the airport. The nearest metro station is about 400 metres away which is great. One of the best things will be the 24 hours convince store across the small street. The only things that bothered us was the fully transparent bathroom and shower door on our ensuite room and the cleaning staff forgot to empty our bins on the first day.

Overall we liked the hotel, everything is new and modern, they have typical Chinese breakfasts. Also, their line of cosmetics with the scent of, of course, lavender is used throughout the hotel. Initially, we booked three rooms (two couples and children). Everyone was given rooms with a transparent wall in the bathroom, which could not be closed, we told about this at the reception and they replaced one room with a regular one (where the bathroom and toilet are without a transparent wall). Be prepared for this and in advance, if anything, warn the staff. Also, in the rooms with a glass wall in the bathroom there was a window (in the toilet) and there was a constant draft from it, it was cold to take a shower. And in the room with a regular bath there was no exhaust fan. The location of the hotel is good, Hua Fu was right across the block, and there are many small shops and cafes nearby, there is also a chain cafe like KFC, be sure to try it! The rooms themselves were very warm, we were in the coldest weather and the temperature inside was about +30, there are also humidifiers.

I booked the hotel in advance. When I saw that Heihe was ranked first, Xi'an was light and elegant. I must live in Xi'an Qingya, because his home's sanitation is particularly clean! We are all the first choice to go to Harbin Xi'an Qingya, James Joyce, Lavande or something! The small soap of Xi'an's house has convinced me! It really smells great! This time I lived in Heihe Xi'an. I think his location is in the center. The surrounding shopping malls, Li Ning, Anta, Liu Guifu, and other messy shopping malls are all nearby! The two streets below the back are Mother Square, Century Square, etc.! Opposite the river is Russia! Great location! His restaurant, the food is also very delicious! I often come to Mudanjiang for business trips and always choose Hanting Hotel. However, I booked late and there was no vacancy, so I chose the Starway Hotel not far away. Unexpectedly, there were some small surprises. When I encountered a small problem when checking in, the staff handled it perfectly. I would like to give it a thumbs up. The first impression I felt when I checked into the room was that it was very clean, especially there were no water stains on the hand basin, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry areas, and the bed was moderately soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is also good, with 4 kinds of hot dishes, 3 kinds of cold dishes, pickles, some fruits, and Western-style breads, snacks, milk, soy milk, and sauerkraut stew, which are especially delicious. The key is that it is very cost-effective during the tourist season!

The overall feeling is okay, except that the shower and toilet glass are transparent, which makes it awkward for two people to go on a business trip. This is the first hotel in China that I have ever stayed in. Apart from Turkey, which is short of water, maybe Hailin is also short of water. The corridor is deep and long, arranged in the innermost room. I won't stay here again next time.

網上對此酒店評價不一，猶豫了很久，還是訂了此酒店，畢竟帶着牡丹江這三個字。住下來還行。房間是不大，一個大床，放箱子有點擠了，但我是一個人，一個小箱子，還是妥妥的。下水道沒異味，浴室也比較大，室內裝修還是挺俄羅斯風格的（見圖），過馬路就是火車站，窗户關了，就聽不見外面的聲音了。隔壁是東一步行街的起點，啥都有。酒店帶早餐，但發的是麪包，雞蛋，榨菜和水，而且晚上就發了，我真擔心雞蛋到早上會壞了。不知為何要這樣，酒店沒餐廳嗎？其實酒店不帶早餐也很正常，為啥要這樣，有點奇怪。

She spent extra care to our group which consist of a few children, provide attraction advises that suitable to our group profile. This hostel is also a restaurant serving from breakfast to supper, food was tasty, variety and very convenient. They also so have make up & photography services for local traditional clothing too.

The price is cheap, less than one kilometer from the high-speed rail station, and the comprehensive price/performance ratio is OK. The facilities are relatively simple, but the health is not bad, the service is quite satisfactory, there is a laundry room (although it is useless), and the breakfast is very good. It is very convenient to eat next to Zhongfu Street. Facing Usuli Avenue, G301, there are trucks passing by. People with poor sleep quality should choose carefully.

Although there were not many guests in the hotel, the breakfast was still very rich. The corn was very sticky and fragrant, the sweet potato was very sweet, and there were bean paste buns. There was also a light snow hiking project. There was a professional guide with a sled dog to take us to the mountain to play with snow. There were also free large flower jackets for taking pictures. It was very photogenic. Highly recommended
