This hotel was amazing! The location is ideal—close to everything, making it super easy to explore. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even booking all my reservations for me. They made sure I had everything I needed and went out of their way to accommodate any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a friendly and convenient place!

I highly recommend this accommodation. First off, the location is great. It is just a few minutes away on foot from the Tianmen cable station and the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. There are also many restaurants and stores near the place which are all at cheap or reasonable prices. In terms of the room, what you see on the photos posted on the app is what you get. No pretensions. The room is more than enough for me — it’s very tidy, beddings are fresh, toilet is clean and spacious, and the aircon is working perfectly well (aircon seems new). But what’s best about this place are the owners. They are very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful. They booked everything for me at good discounts - the Zhangjiajie National Forest, the Tianmen Mountain, and the Fox Fairy Show. They also cooked delicious dinner for us, upon our request, even though they don’t really sell food for their guests. Overall, my experience was great! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m very lucky I got to stay here. Will definitely stay here again next time I go back to ZJJ!

The rooms are beautiful, overlooking the cable car. The rooms were spacious for 2 people, clean and had hot water. There is no fridge in the room though. We noticed some noise in the night which sounded like it came from upstairs, sound like people moving furniture and it disturbed our sleep for 2 nights. We brought it under the night manager’s attention, who put in the effort to go upstairs and look, but said there’s nobody upstairs. It was tried to be resolved but still it kept on bothering us. Generally, we still had a good stay. Be aware, that hotel doesn’t have an English logo. Just go to the entrance in the middle of building and take elevator to the floor 13A.

The service is the best. The owners suggested I rearrange my schedule as the bailong elevator was going to be repaired on the day I planned to go to zhangjiajie national forest park (wulingyuan). Had I not asked them to buy the tickets for me, I wouldn’t have been able to ride the elevator. They also helped me buy the ticket to tianmen mountain. They were very helpful in giving me directions on how to get to the bus station that will take me to wulingyuan. I spent 2 days in zhangjiajie national forest park following the route they suggested and did not get lost. One way cost 12-13rmb, so around 51~rmb for 2 days transportation to wulingyuan. I spoke mandarin and used baidu maps to guide me.

I contacted this hotel before arriving. He assisted me to book the Zhangjiajie and others ticket and provided me many necessary information for traveling around here. The hotel is located 10 mins away from Wulingyuan east gate by walk. The owner is very nice, he is enthusiastic to assist and provide me anything that he can do for me. Million thanks and I will recommend your hotel for everyone who visit Wulingyuan. And there are not too much restaurants but many shops for snacks and drinks. I love it!

I love this hotel. From location, service, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. However, if I have to nitpick, I can't appreciate the colour choice of the bathroom and one of the rooms I booked - it's too dark to my liking. The ventilator also didn't seem to work or too weak. Hotel provides free flow of coffee 24/7 but you need to place your order via Wechat or at the front desk and they will bring it to your room. While it is convenient for guests, I think it will be tiring for the staff. Perhaps can consider placing a self serve coffee machine somewhere. They also provide free laundry service which is awesome. The hotel is located on level 5 of an old building. The building lobby at level 1 and the elevators are pretty old and dirty. There is also a sex toy(?) shop and a snooker place there so the surrounding is not the best. Having said that, as long as the price remains competitive, I'd pick this hotel again if I ever visit Changsha again next time.

The perfect budget place! If you are looking to explore Zhangjiajie on a budget this is a great place to stay. You can include facility features according to your needs. The location is very convenient. In a street with many great restaurants and street food vendors but since cars are not allowed to pass its quiet at night. Walking distance to the bus and train station are 15 minutes and if you are planning to take A line to Tianmen Mountain it is only 8 minutes walking. Airport is also near by (approx 10 minutes by car)

The house was just 5-8 mins walk from ZJJXi Railway. It is very easy to locate with the directions given from the host. Checking in was seamless too. Took the room with the bathroom, everything was good except that the hot water takes some time to heat up, and the toilet bowl has a smell once in a while. Everything else was good. You can wash your clothes with the washing machine in the living room. Water, kitchen is available too. Host replies promptly!

this is so far the best budget hotel we have stay during this trip. the room is exactly as the photos and the bed was super soft and comfy. we contacted the owner and she had a car pick us at the train station. she also helped with getting the tickets and arrange car for the next day. the photos are from my room, thou would love to go a bit further into the town for a better view but its a 5* for the bed and the spacious room.

This place was so nice - clean and comfortable and the host was amazing. Helped us book and plan our day each day through we chat translating messages. He gave us discounts on the entry fees and answered all our questions even during the day when we were out. Would recommend this place to everyone. Amazing deal and beautiful room. Exceptional customer services, front desk girl named 湘林 provided great advice of directions and where to go. Hotel location just across the Train station (not the West one) and just 5-10 mins walk to Tianmen mountain 天門山。 Hotel provides traditional outfit for pictures, and can do your own laundry for free! Highly recommended and will stat against next time here.

Environment: Very close to the subway station, just near the hotel, very convenient, one stop to the airport. Service: The service attitude is very good, cost-effective, economical and affordable. Hygiene: The quilt is soft and thick, the mattress is moderate, and the bedding is clean and tidy. First of all location is good, don't believe photos view would be awful, also staff lied about that they have upgraded room to the next class, which is quite awful as you can see what room you can get and the on you live in

The company went to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center to participate in the exhibition and chose a nearby hotel. This hotel is near the high-speed rail station, less than one kilometer away. A few hundred meters walk is the Duhua Road subway entrance. We took the subway 2 stops to the terminal station Guangda Station to the Convention and Exhibition Center, which is very convenient. We stayed here for several days in a row. The environment of the hotel is very good, and the decoration is very good. We booked a cinema twin room, which is very comfortable to watch movies on the big screen. The sanitation is also very clean, the bedding is clean and soft, and it is equipped with disposable towels, slippers and other toiletries. The bathroom is also clean. The service attitude of the front desk lady is very good, and it is convenient to issue tickets. I will come again for the exhibition next year.

I was lucky. I booked a Cha Yan Yue Se viewing projection room. After it was fully booked, I was upgraded to a 270-degree viewing balcony room. The balcony view is great, with a wide view during the day and a prosperous and beautiful night view. This location is within the sixth day of the Spring Festival, and the price is about 200 yuan. I feel that the cost performance is quite high. Facilities: Shower, toilet, and washbasin are all available. There are also clothes drying racks and sofa coffee tables on the balcony, which are quite comfortable. Hygiene: Not bad, normal hotel and homestay standards. Environment: Good location, close to May Day Square and IFS International Financial Center, convenient transportation. The whole building is a residential building, plus a homestay/hotel renovation, and two elevators are quite convenient. I feel that the location is limited, and the rooms are generally small. You can pay attention to the square meters when you check in. The elevator entrance is in the City Life Hall, on the right side of the building, you can ask nearby residents. Service: You can store your luggage, and they also help put frozen New Year's goods, which is very considerate.

Hotel: The hotel takes up 2 levels of the building. The room was clean and drinking water was provided everyday. The bed was clean and there was a huge TV in the room. The toilet is slippery, my child fell down on the first day so take note. Location : The location was superb, you can get all sorts of food just below the hotel. And it is located just beside the metro station. Service : The service staff are amazing. Very helpful and polite. They made our stay so much better. I cannot praise them enough.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is also a washing machine. The loft layout has a large double bed, which is spacious for four people. Pozi Street is downstairs, Taiping Old Street is not far away, Wenheyou Hisense Plaza is diagonally opposite, and it is also close to the river. It is very convenient for shopping and eating~~

+ Near to the subway station Line 2 Furong. 3-5 min walk. + 1h subway travel to the Hehua International Airport. + Really nice interior and spacious. + Walking distance to the CBD Wuyi Square, IFS mall and walking street. + Small eateries just downstairs. + Easy to communicate and allow for luggage storage after checkout. + Hair dryer, Hot water, Standing shower + Disposable or reusable home slippers - Only disposable towels (not cloth version). So remember to bring your own towel if u prefer something thicker. - Had a washing machine, but no dryer. Will be great if they can provide a clothing rack to air-dry clothes. - Projector instead of tv - there is no kitchen per-se, so no cooking allowed Do remember to add them on wechat ID: muguozishe first to find out the check in pin no and directions to the homestay building! They got a super clear video to get to the building from the subway station. :) -

1. It’s great to have a pick-up service for evening flights! 2. Because it is close to the airport, there is inevitably noise from airplanes taking off and landing, otherwise it would be even better! 3. There is pick-up and drop-off but it also needs to be coordinated with the schedule arranged by the hotel. It would be better if it can be coordinated with the guest’s schedule! 4. The window curtains are electric, which is really a rare thing!

It is really beyond my expectation that there are makeup remover and contact lens solution. There are delicious mousse cakes in the afternoon and goodnight desserts in the evening. We stayed at the deluxe 2 bedrooms. It faces the river and near the bridge where most visitors would cross to come into the ancient town. The room was very nice and we sat at the balcony to enjoy the boats cruising the river, the night lights and the people in miao costumes posing for the photographers. The owner agreed to arrange a pickup for us from the train station and was waiting at the road curb to assist in carrying our bags, us being senior citizens. As there is a leg massage parlour on the ground floor, we were given a discount. Furthermore, she dressed us up in the costumes free of charge and we had a fun time taking pictures around the ancient town. The owner also explained to us with a map on how to and where to go in the ancient town in the day time and night time for different experiences and also where to eat. Also, the hotel is away from the pubs and cafes with lots of singing. No doubt, you can still hear the singing but it is far enough not to disturb you. Anyway, the singing stops at 11.30pm. The owner was always cheerful and ready to assist us in all manner including getting us a taxi to the train station.

The hotel was comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. It was just a bit hard for me to find because of the name. But if you’re coming from any bus station, you’ll walk towards the map location, and will get to a fork road. The left one goes down to the river walkway, the right one goes to the hotel road. Take the right one and keep looking to your left, and the hotel is just a few meters from the fork road.

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

My friend and I checked in on September 10, 2024! The hostess of the B&B is very considerate and offers free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station, which is great! Moreover, the boss lady can help you buy Furong Town tickets in advance for only ¥80, great! The B&B is next to the scenic spot ”Towang Bridge”, so it is very convenient for sightseeing! And near the entrance and exit of the scenic spot, it is not hard to drag your luggage on the stone road. The B&B is located at the edge of the scenic spot and is not too noisy, but the singing and trumpeting will flow into the room after all. However, at 10:30 pm, all sounds will disappear on time and will not affect sleep! The room is quite spacious, bright and clean, and the hygiene is good! Some parts show signs of age, but it's acceptable! The air conditioning was sufficient and I had a good sleep! The room has a balcony and can see Towang Bridge and the surrounding scenery. Although the scenery is ordinary, it is refreshing!

The material is low and the soul is high. The hotel does not have to have a star rating, just be comfortable. The room does not have to be luxurious, just clean. The quiet river and bridge at the door in the morning make you feel happy. At night, the nearby Dahe Bar Street is bustling. It is the right place to find peace in your mind. It's very convenient to take the train to the high-speed rail station on the return trip. The restaurant in the alley opposite the hotel is delicious and affordable. The proprietress is very accommodating. The friendly and warm feeling makes people feel like home, the taste of mother.

The location of the hotel is very near to the Fog Bridge, the room is clean, tidy & comfortable. The toilet also clean. We can see the scenery from the balcony. Very beautiful & peaceful. All the stuff work very well. The man in the front desk (Mr. Chan) very helpful & kind , he show me the map & explain where to go, he even help us to bring our luggages to our room in the third floor & also vring it across the bridge when we go back to the railway station. There are a lot of restaurants & shops surround it. We satisfied with this hotel & recommended to the one who want to come to fenghuang ancient city.

The guesthouse has quite a bit of character. However, the noise at night from the nearby pub and tourists at the riverbank might be a bit disruptive. The family room is spacious, great for families with kids. Overall, we are satisfied with service and the room.

Reached the Fenghuang Rail station and was adviced by the owner to grab a taxi to the location where he stated at the WeChat which we linked up before I arrived. It cost 24rmb by meter which is very reasonable. Met the owner at the bridge and he guided me to his homestay. Greeted by 2 nice cats at the lobby. The owner is very kind and he orientated me to the ancient town, and give his suggestions on where and what to visit. The room is super comfy and clean. The location is very convenient as well, very close to the river where alot of activities are happening. Was lucky enough to be there on 11 Nov and there was a mass wedding event going on. It was an unforgettable experience. I also grab a taxi on the way back to the rail station, it cost around the same price and reached there within 20mins. Lovely ancient city especially at night. Staying there one night will be more than enough.

Very good Homestay it’s small hotel but good location that near main square, hotel service very good like 5 stars hotel the lady who is everything as reception, cleaner and maybe manger help me a lot before I go there she guided me how go to home stay that very good and clear also when I arrived she guided me how walk around town and river, where is shortcut go there and where can I find stall or restaurant.
