We’re always impressed by the knowledge and drive that students bring to the table! 👏 In the spirit of the recent International Students' Day, we’d like to highlight a student who deserves special recognition. 😉 During his internship, Klemen developed an internal AI system in the form of a chatbot – 𝐄𝐏𝐈 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭. Brilliant name, right? 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? When a user asks a question, EPI Chat finds the most relevant answer from documents and helps quickly verify facts. 🔍 The development took three months and is now in the testing phase. ⚙️. As Klemen puts it, EPI Chat could be a great help in onboarding new employees and providing support to other departments, such as HR and finance 💼. Kudos to Klemen! Such projects are an excellent opportunity for students to apply and upgrade their knowledge, and gain practical experience. On the other hand, companies can obtain new solutions or valuable tools in this way – a win-win combination.

The demands of the modern world constantly push us to be available at all times, making it difficult to focus on critical tasks. 🎯 That’s why we at Epilog have decided to introduce 'quiet hours' – a time when employees can choose when they need to focus entirely on tasks that require their full attention and concentration. 🔕 During this period, non-urgent calls, messages, and meetings are paused, while urgent matters and customer support continue as usual. This practice is gaining popularity in many companies, addressing the challenge of maintaining productivity in today’s distraction-heavy work environments. Research shows that the average office worker is interrupted 56 times a day and it can take an average of 23 minutes to regain focus after an interruption.
