Yesterday, on November 7, 2024, at a gala event, the media house Delo announced its Business Stars for the eighth consecutive year. In the large companies category, the nominees included Danfoss Trata, Intersocks, and Kolektor Etra. Kolektor Etra won the first prize. As the judging panel noted in its explanation, Kolektor Etra stands out for its excellent products in a growing industry and for its outstanding business results. Last year, we achieved €228 million in sales revenue - 27 percent more than the previous year. This year, we expect to exceed our target of €260 million in revenue, as we recorded 25 percent higher sales in the first seven months compared to the same period last year. Our plan for this year includes €200,000 in added value per employee, which is among the highest in the industry in Slovenia and the EU. In the coming years, we will invest over €80 million, allowing for a significant increase in capacity and revenue, which we aim to reach €400 million. With this, we will rank among the top three specialized transformer companies in the EU. 🤩 Our team was excited to attend this year’s Engineering Picnic, a career and entertainment event held at the Student Campus in Ljubljana. The event attracted over 1,500 students from across Slovenia, including those studying natural sciences, engineering, mechanical engineering, programming, and electrical engineering. 👫👫 Participants enjoyed a variety of workshops, project demonstrations, competitions, and networking opportunities. Our booth was especially popular thanks to the game "Electric Fingers," 🤚where visitors tested their skills by quickly tapping transformers on the screen. On Saturday, June 8th, we have organized 𝐊𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐤𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐭𝐫𝐚'𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐲 for our employees. On this day, employees had the opportunity to show their workplaces to their family members and friends 👨👩👧👧 and guide them through the production process, where they learned about transformer manufacturing. This year, we made the event even more exciting with the participation of the House of Experiments. Both children and adults had the chance to try out 50 different experiments 🔬 and enjoy a science show titled "Electrology."⚡ Sunny Saturday ☀️ was perfect for pleasant gatherings and bonding. Yesterday, on 4th June 2024, a very special celebration took place in Kolektor Etra Beograd. Opening of a new high voltage laboratory and laying a foundation stone for a new production plant represents a huge step forward in production of high quality power transformers up to 40MVA and up to 145kV in Belgrade.
