When something is done right, you should repeat it. That’s exactly why we celebrated our New Years dinner again with #PrimožDolničar at his cozy spot where we had so much fun last year. For a remote team like ours, meeting in person is even more meaningful. There’s something irreplaceable about sitting face to face, laughing at our inside jokes, and reminiscing about the highs and lows of the year. And when you pair all that with Primož’s simple yet incredibly delicious food, it’s a recipe for a perfect evening. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗳. It's crazy how often businesses let their processes slide... until they’re on the brink of a crisis. I get it—processes aren’t exactly thrilling. They’re tedious, constantly evolving, and never really “done.” But, if we treat processes as an afterthought, it is like ignoring the leaks in your roof because it’s not raining… yet. Traditional European car manufacturers like Volkswagen and Stellantis struggle to compete with Chinese electric car makers. Their slower innovation processes and outdated manufacturing methods have resulted in declining sales and the need for significant restructuring to remain competitive in the evolving automotive market. So why do processes matter? 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗻. Think of processes as the bones holding your business up. Without them? You’re one bad break from collapsing. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆’𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰. Processes are like a garden. They grow, change, and need constant attention to flourish. Neglect them, and they’ll turn to weeds. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲. Want to grow? Great. Scale without structure and minor flaws will become big problems. Weak processes make growth a nightmare, not a dream. Processes aren’t sexy, and don’t seem urgent—until they are. Skipping over them might save you some time now, but the cost down the line is brutal. Here’s the simple truth: 𝙸𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞’𝚛𝚎 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚌𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚎𝚜, 𝚢𝚘𝚞’𝚛𝚎 𝚋𝚞𝚒𝚕𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚋𝚕𝚎𝚖𝚜.  So, what’s your approach to processes? Still treating them like chores? Maybe it’s time for a rethink.
