Being in the market for decades as a specialist in the dry side of bottling lines has led us to numerous projects where we delivered machines such as palletizers and depalletizers. Additionally, we have successfully engineered, delivered, managed, and commissioned complete lines by integrating third-party equipment. Our extensive experience and references in such projects have helped us earn the trust of some of the most renowned companies when discussing complete bottling lines. Therefore, it was both a great honor and a significant responsibility to be awarded the contract for a complete RGB and NRGB bottling line for Heineken Namibia, intended for wine filling. The bottling line was recently installed and commissioned, featuring a nominal capacity of 12,000 BPH for 750 ml bottles.

Sometimes, the project is particularly challenging due to the limited space available in the existing production area. One such challenge was upgrading the RGB line in Tychy to include OW capabilities. With constrained space and a high nominal line speed of 60,000 BPH, we specifically tailored the layout and successfully delivered and commissioned a new high-level sweep depalletizer, a high-level palletizer with robotic layer formation, and the corresponding conveyors.

With our partner Upton is Transpak again attending the biggest food industry event in Brazil - the FISPAL fair. FISPAL TECNOLOGIA is an international trade fair for the food, beverage, and packaging industries which takes place from 18th to 21st June in São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in Brazil. FISPAL TECNOLOGIA 2024 showcases the latest innovations and technologies in processes, packaging, and logistics for the food and beverage industries. The event features a wide range of products and solutions from various exhibitors, including packaging technologies, food processing and logistics, coding and labeling equipment, food connection and digital platform. And we are there also with our solutions in packaging. The fair is held annually and is open to professional visitors only. Each year the event attracts over 44,000 visitors, including professionals from all over Brazil, and around 450 exhibitors from more than 41 countries all over the world present showcasing the latest innovations and technologies in the industry.
