Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Design And Development Engineer at ROBUST. The Engineer will be responsible for:
development of product drafts,
construction of products,
preparation of requirements for development tasks,
preparation of complete documentation for products (workshop drawings, work instructions, list of materials and components for cooperation),
collaboration in the creation of technological procedures with all technological parameters,
cooperation with technologists, programmers, and operators,
review of standards and patents,
preparation of market analyses,
participation in supplier selection,
participation in the production and testing of prototypes,
making suggestions for improving designs and work technology,
any other responsibilities an employee is capable of handling based on their professional education and qualifications, as directed by the employer.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,
at least 5 years of experience in product design or development,
excellent knowledge of CAD programs (Solidworks, etc.),
advanced computer skills,
strong creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills,
ability to work independently and in a team,
advanced knowledge of at least one foreign language (preferably German or English),
experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus,
B-category driver's license.
