I am Professor of Economics at Georgetown University, Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and Research Affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research.

I am also co-director of the DC Political Economy Center and of the UPPER network. 

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universite libre de Bruxelles.

My main fields of interest are political economy and microeconomics.
