🎁 How much love fits in a shoebox? At localhost, we’ve known the answer for several years! 🙌 We’re excited to share that this winter, our colleagues once again joined the initiative and, throughout November, brought shoeboxes filled with gifts for seniors. 🐼 Meet David – our .NET Developer who loves clean code, sushi, and has a six-year-old spider that just keeps going! 🕸️ David started his career as an IT analyst but soon found his place in development, where he feels right at home. Based in Slovakia, he spends his free time hiking, swimming, and reading – but only slim books to keep things light. Recently, he visited New Zealand, which completely captivated him with its stunning landscapes and adventure opportunities. His style? Minimalist. He’s all about black-and-white contrasts, drawing inspiration from nature’s classics like pandas and zebras – a nod to his love for clean, clear, and well-structured code. Recently, he even swapped his lifelong love of potato salad for sushi. While summer isn’t his favorite, he’s all about green tea and has a unique talent – he can wiggle his ears, which never fails to make the team smile 👂 And that spider? We Support Children's Creativity for the Future of Innovation 🚀 Did you know that NASA discovered a dramatic decline in creativity from childhood to adulthood as early as 1983? Up to 98% of 5-year-olds are at the level of creative geniuses 🧑🎨, but by the age of 15, this drops to less than 12%. At localhost, we believe that maintaining this creativity is key to future innovation. That's why we've joined the MyMachine Slovakia project as a patron of one of the inventions, turning children's ideas into real prototypes – in our case, a functional app! 📱 Together with the kids from Elementary School Budimír, students from Secondary School of Art, and FEI TUKE, we support them from the first sketches to technical solutions – in our case, a working app 🤖 At a recent workshop, we inspired them to dream big and create without limits! 💡 #MyMachine #SoftwareEngineering #CreativeWithUs
