💪🏻 Raising awareness about men’s health (again). Even within my close circle, many men still underestimate the importance of preventive checkups and taking care of their health. Perhaps we feel strong and think nothing can happen to us. But the statistics tell a different story! That’s why men’s health shouldn’t be a taboo topic. This Movember, I failed the mustache challenge (way too out of my comfort zone 😅) but its totally OK, as I took on workout challenge instead (yes, you can join in with some movement, too). I set myself a goal of skipping rope or playing ice hockey for 60 minutes each week. I have to say, I’m really enjoying it, even though my body aches. It’s been a great way to challenge myself physically while also giving my mind a break. A big thank you to our #T4 team for bringing the idea of joining #Movember for the third year in a row. Without you, I wouldn’t have known about it or been as motivated to join. Special thanks to Tomáš Lacko for leading us every year and helping our team grow with each Movember. Supporting important causes and speaking up is part of who we are, and Movember is just one way we show it together.

MOVEMBER HAS TAUGHT ME TO SPEAK OPENLY ABOUT DIFFICULT TOPICS This is my fourth year joining Movember, a global movement that sparks conversations about men’s health and focuses on raising awareness of prostate, testicular cancer and mental health. Why? Talking about problems and sharing them is essential to remind us we’re not alone. It’s just as important to raise awareness about prevention and risks. Problems are hard to solve if they remain unspoken. What have I learned? Stepping out of your comfort zone isn’t just good—it’s necessary, especially when it benefits society. It’s also important to know when to slow down and take care of yourself. A healthy person has countless wishes, but a sick person has only one.
