Dr. Sheilagh Quaile
Dr. Sheilagh Quaile is an early-career art historian whose research interests include nineteenth-century textiles and design in Britain and South Asia. Funded by a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada Doctoral Fellowship and a Bader Fellowship in Art History, Quaile’s PhD thesis examined textile design in the imitation-Kashmiri shawl industry of Paisley, Scotland.
