Lovely, William Lewis, 1750-1817
Variant namesMilitary officer assigned to store and commissary duties at the Tellico Blockhouse, which was erected in 1794 on the border of the Cherokee Nation, at the present site of Loudon, Tenn.
In 1801, Lovely was appointed subsidiary Indian agent to the Cherokees at Tellico.
