Account got restricted
As title said.
I started playing literally today, 4 hours in, logged off to do something else, tried to log in before bed and now my account is restricted?

I read online they are supossed to send you a email, but I did not find anything, I sent an appeal.

Anyone got an idea what is going on?

Same thing happened to me. I started playing two hours ago, played for two hours, went to exit a boss fight and am now restricted... I sent in an appeal but we'll see I guess. :/

I've been waiting for a week and still nothing :/ it's a shame, I really liked the game, but I don't want to make another account and risk to getting banned again
