That sounds like something didn't install right (try verifying the cache) or you're not running Steam in Administrator Mode.

DShamen, how did you resolve your errors? This is my first time attempting to get into the series, but I haven't been able to proceed past creating a manager. I have attempted installations on several different drives, verified the integrity of the game's files, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Additionally, when I do get into the creating a manager screen (which has only occurred twice so far), the values for year of birth and nationality are null or outrageous (all possible years are -4000 something, lol).
