RAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!

Restarted the game as i messed up on the last order, and when i started again everything else saved except for avacado toppings and the other meat :( they are completely gone like i never got them, any way to fix ? I even saw Radlynns order change to just pepperoni 4 instead of the other 2 now, i dont know how to fix it...

i get that i can just start another day to refresh the customers, but (maybe it was because i was 8) but i swear i remember juggling 5+ orders at a time and rushing to get them all finished.
