Steam-purchased music on iPhone?
Not sure if I'm putting this in the right group, apologies if not, but I'm wondering if there is any way to get music purchased on Steam (that is, game soundtracks that often come bundles with games) onto my iPhone wihout manually downloading them, adding them to the iTunes Library, and then syncing them from the desktop iTunes to the iPhone via sync or iTunes Match.

For example, is there a streaming function on the Steam iOS app, or a way to validate Steam album purchases into iTunes equivalents so they can be downloaded directly, the same way albums purchased in the iTunes Store can?

You could try uploading the files to a cloud service like Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, or Google Drive and then get a player for them. For example VLC is a great way to play these files from most of the services I listed. At current, there is no way for you to convert your Steam purchased soundtracks into an iTunes purchase. Lastly, the Steam App does not stream the game's soundtracks at the moment.

do you have iTunes on a Mac or PC? if yes, i believe it's possible to add the steam ost to your Computer's iTunes, then transfer it from your computer to your iPhone
