Very enjoyable puzzle game. It was very glitchy on release, but that seems to have been fixed. The soundtrack is pretty nice, too. I'm glad they kept songs like "sticker of puyo puyo" from the original 1991 Puyo Puyo.

Present review, made July 19, 2024: The game is no longer in such a neglected state. Human cheaters are still a present issue, but Valve has taken strong action against the bots that have been ruining the game for years. So I will change this to a cautiously optimistic positive review in hopes that this indicates an ongoing commitment by Valve to the game.

Previous review from June 3, 2024 to July 19, 2024: This game is a neglected masterpiece. If you loved a masterpiece painting, but the museum curating it neglected it by regularly let vandals damage and ruin it, would you rate that museum highly?

May Valve one day care about this timeless game again like they did a decade ago instead of trying to chase FOTY trends, or sell the game and IP to someone else who cares.
