Set the default reminder list on Mac
When you first open the Reminders app, the list named Reminders is set as the default list. You can choose a different default reminder list.
The default reminder list includes the following reminders:
Reminders created in the Today, Scheduled, or Flagged Smart Lists
Reminders created in a custom Smart List
Reminders created in another app
Reminders from a FaceTime call you declined and set a callback reminder for
Reminders created by Siri
In the Reminders app
on your Mac, choose Reminders > Preferences.Click the Default List pop-up menu, then choose a list.
