Use vCards
You can exchange electronic business cards, called “vCards,” with your contacts.
Receive a vCard: To add the vCard to the Contacts app, double-click the vCard icon in the message. Contacts opens and displays the new card.
Send a vCard: While writing a new message, open Contacts, select the card you want to send, then drag it into your message.
If you often send your vCard, you can include the information as a signature instead.
