Speak text in Script Editor on Mac
Script Editor can speak all the text or selected text in a script or dictionary.
In the Script Editor app on your Mac, do any of the following:
Speak all the text in a document: Open the document, then choose Edit > Speech > Start Speaking.
Speak a portion of the text in a document: Select the text, then choose Edit > Speech > Start speaking.
