If you can’t create, import, edit, or delete contacts on iCloud.com
If your Apple Account is part of a Family Sharing group and has Screen Time Communication Limits turned on, you may not be able to do the following:
Create a new contact
Import contacts
Edit any contact or edit a Downtime contact
Delete any contact or delete a Downtime contact
Communication Limits can be set on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or a Mac. See “Set up Screen Time for a family member” in the user guides for iPhone or iPad, or iPod touch, or Set up Communication Limits in Screen Time in the Mac User Guide.
