Manage shortcuts overview
As you build your shortcut collection, there are a number of ways you can organize and manage shortcuts. You can:
Reorder shortcuts so that those most-used appear first in the Shortcuts app or in iOS Today View
Quickly duplicate a shortcut for use as the starting point of a new shortcut
Delete a shortcut you no longer need
Share shortcuts, as well as customize a shared shortcut’s information so that no personal data is shared
Sync shortcuts between iOS devices
