[Sion]'s European-style curry uses almost no seasonings. We use the double onion method, which involves adding sautéed onions to concentrate their sweetness and thinly sliced fried onions at a calculated time to create sweetness and aroma. We use apples imported from New Zealand, where the seasons are opposite, to achieve a deep, fresh flavor throughout the year. Among all curries, European-style curry, or hotel curry, is the most profound. [Sion] Enjoy the sophisticated taste that only comes with it.

First, stir-fry the aromatic vegetables and combine them with the homemade bouillon that is also used for curry. Next is the meat. We use only carefully selected parts and bake them in the oven, adjusting the heat to lock in the flavor. It is then slowly simmered with spices, turned off the heat, and slowly cooled down.
