How I delegate without micromanaging. Here’s my 6 frameworks to delegating effectively: 1. The 70/30 Rule If someone can do 70% of a task, delegate it. The other 30% can be improved later. This frees your time for more important work. 2. Know Your Hourly Rate Find your hourly rate: Annual salary ÷ 2,000 hours. Give tasks to people with a lower rate than yours. Focus your time on work that grows the business. 3. Ask 6 Simple Questions Before Delegating When giving a task, think about these: • Who: Can they do it? • What: Did I explain it clearly? • When: Did I set a deadline? • How: Do they know how to do it? If not, can I train them? • Why: Do they know why it matters? • Blocks: Nothing blocking them from finishing? Answer YES to all of these to avoid problems. 4. The 99-5-1 Rule Delegation isn’t “set and forget.” • Spend 99% upfront to explain the task. • Check in halfway through to ensure progress and right direction. • Follow up 1 day before the deadline to catch last issues. Small check-ins make a big difference. 5. Delegate Don’t Abdicate Delegation doesn’t mean letting go. Support your team and check in often. Without guidance, they can’t meet your expectations. 6. Trust But Verify Trust them to do the work, but check too. Verification isn’t mistrust, it’s being responsible. Always make sure the job is done right. So remember, Delegation isn’t about losing control. It’s about working together to get things done better and faster. Use these 6 steps and watch your team thrive.

Why your revenue stops growing (the dreaded growth ceiling): Every business grows fast at first. Then it slows down. Sometimes it even stops. This is what’s called a growth ceiling. You’ll know you’ve hit it when your revenue stops growing year over year. Here's how to breakthrough: Let’s say you get 10 new customers every month. If 10% of your customers leave each month. You’ll eventually stop growing at 100 customers. Why? Because 10 ÷ 0.1 = 100. That’s your max unless you fix the problem. Here’s what you can do: • Get more customers each month. • Reduce how many leave (churn). • OR offset your churn. Even small changes in these numbers can make a big difference. For example: If you go from getting 10 customers to 20, your max doubles. 20 ÷ 0.1 = 200 If you cut churn from 10% to 5%, your max doubles too. 10 ÷ 0.05 = 200 The goal is to push these numbers in the right direction. The first thing to fix is churn. If fewer customers leave, your business grows faster. Here’s how to lower churn: • Make your product better. • Solve customer problems faster. • Build strong relationships with customers. But here's the secret: What if you could offset your churn to 0%? And keep growing quickly. That's possible if you are able to offset your churn with: - Upsells - Cross-sells - Referrals Example: Let's say you have 100 customers. Last month you brought in 10 new customers. Your churn is 10% so you lost 10 customers. So you still have 100 customers. But: You were able to offset the impact of losing 10 customers by: • Your existing customers referred 5 new customers. • 2 customers were upsold, doubling their spend (boosting revenue). • 3 customers were cross-sold into new products (increasing lifetime value). While you lost 10 customers. The additional gains balanced the loss. This offset the impact of churn. How do you get started? Referrals: • Encourage happy customers to tell their friends. • Give rewards for referrals (like discounts). • Make it easy for them to share. Upsells: • Offer customers a chance to upgrade or buy more. • Highlight the extra value they’ll get. • Make it seamless to add to their purchase. Cross-Sells: • Suggest products or services that pair with their purchase. • Create bundles or packages. • Educate them on how other products can help them. This is what I did to grow my business by 60% in 1 year: • Increased referrals by rewarding customers for sharing. • Introduced upsells with simple pricing upgrades. • Drove cross-sells by bundling products together. And guess what. Referral customers stay longer and they pay more. If your business isn’t growing, remember: Growth is about the numbers. Fix how many customers you get and keep. Add a referral program. Drive cross-sells. Encourage upsells. These all offset the churn that can occur to keep your growth potential. As high as possible.

$30M Facebook ads tactics revealed: My agency Primal is a Meta Premium Partner with over $30M in ad spend experience. Here's my 4 steps to running and scaling winning ad campaigns on Meta. Let’s dive in. Step 1: Find the Right Message Every customer has a problem they want to solve. Your ad needs to speak to that problem. Here’s what to do: • Think of 5 problems your product or service solves. • Write 5 short messages, each solving one problem. • Use the same ad design, but swap out the messages. Run these ads for 1-2 weeks. Pick the message that gets the best leads for the lowest cost. Step 2: Test Different Designs Once you know the best message, test how it looks. • Keep the message the same. • Make 5 new ads with different designs (backgrounds, people, or styles). Run these ads for 1-2 weeks. Find the design that gets the best results. Step 3: Try New Headlines The headline is one of the first things people see. Here’s how to find the best one: • Take your winning message and design. • Write 5 different headlines. • Keep everything else the same. Run these ads and pick the headline that works best. Step 4: Test Your Landing Page Your ad brings people in, but your landing page closes the deal. Try sending traffic to different pages: • Your homepage • A special offer page • A custom landing page See which page gets the most sign-ups or sales. Pick the page that works best. What’s Next? Repeat and Scale Once you find a winning ad, do this: • Start the process again with small changes. • Spend more on ads that work. Keep testing and improving. That’s how you grow results over time. So remember, • Test one thing at a time (message, design, headline, or page). • Use broad targeting to let Facebook’s algorithm help find your audience. • Set a clear goal for how much you can spend per lead or sale. This is not a “set and forget” system. Optimization is ongoing. Focus on these 4 areas: 1. Message 2. Creative 3. Headline 4. Landing page And you’ll see results. Simple, scalable, and proven.
