That’s why we support a growing network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) - voluntary groups of employees with shared interests in race, gender, and LGBTQ+ issues who aim to make a difference in the workplace and community. Our Global Pride Committee is open to all RXers worldwide, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, meeting monthly to advance LGBTQIA+ inclusion goals. Over the past year, the group focused on sponsoring awareness events to promote allyship, increasing our inclusive brand exposure, hiring from the LGBTQIA+ community, and advising on employee policies and practices related to LGBTQIA+ equity. Our 2020-2025 inclusion goals include improving LGBTQIA+ data collection and fostering a supportive workplace, tracked through employee surveys and relevant external benchmarking.
