This hotel just wasn’t up to my standards. It was dirty and small I tried to get a refund and go somewhere else but since I had booked from a third party I couldn’t.

It was ok. Our room looks old, and the carpet looks worn out , for the price you might find better properties to stay.

When booking this room a big factor was a swimming pool and nightlife fun and the details showed a nice pool and a skyline bar after checking in we were very disappointed to know the pool has been closed for 5+ years and the skyline bar is also indefinitely closed due to covid (but the gym is still open still don’t understand the logic there) we did not have time to switch since reservations were already paid for……so that was first big issue……. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was pricey and the food was less than satisfactory the salad that was ordered had chicken that was so rubbery and old it was not edible I did complain and they did bring out more chicken but the portion size shrunk that was issue number 2…..the thing that set me over the edge was at 830 this morning we were sleeping in as we had a late night and a knock at the door then the man entered after one knock to fix the TV that we did not ask to be fixed (even though it was broken) I am not one to normally complain but for the price I paid for this getaway was not cheap and what a disappointment it was we will not come back to this hotel until they fix all the wrong
