Stayed at S&A for the Paris Marathon with a friend in April over the weekend and a bit. The hotel was literally opposite the metro therefore trains into Paris were super easy and accessible. Shops around the hotel were within yards to ensure it was possible to grab necessities for the days we were there which was ideal. The restaurant was very basic for breakfast which was included but we mainly used it for coffee as there was little choice. Seemed a quick bite type of place more than anything. Clean rooms, friendly staff, no issues whilst there. If you need a change of towels or anything just head to reception and give them the nod. No dramas. Overall, we got what we wanted from the stay. 4/5 Thank you.

I stayed there for a busniss trio at IGR hospital it was very hotel clean , nice staf you have pssibility eating at the hotel the room is small but as european standard is good but the last night at my stay i was a hell due to noise comming from the gusts of hotel nothing around the area as attraction

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. I hope my review will warn a lot of people to rethink their choice. We booked this hotel in may for our stay at the end of July and beginning of August. We booked it with a wonderbox. We called the hotel and asked if ze could book it for those days with our wonderbox. They told us yes and to e-mail them to confirm our booking. So we send them an e-mail they then confirmed again there were rooms available and to give them additional information. We send them everything they needed. We then called them again to confirm if our booking was completed and they told us that they got our reservation and confirmed our stay. We went on our holiday and we drove 12 hours from Spain to Paris. After this drive we get to the hotel and we try to check in. The guy at the reception tells us he doesn’t have a reservation in his system. We are really distraught by this because we were reassured that we had made a reservation with our wonderbox. He tells us too bad you should have gotten a confirmation e-mail now you don’t have any proof so you are on your own. We tried to explain that it was their fault because they misinformed us about the booking and didn’t tell us anything about a confirmation e-mail and that they should help us and look for a solution. The guy was really unfriendly and didn’t try to help us. He just said you don’t have any proof that’s your fault. He then told us they sent us an e-mail that said that there weren’t any rooms available for our dates, but we never received that e-mail. He acted like we were lying and were criminals, but why would we do that? Why would we drive 12 hours to our hotel if we knew we had no reservation? It was an utter nightmare. The only solution he gave was to pay full price for the rooms, but after the treatment we got we would never stay at that hotel! They really don’t care about their customers. So I would think twice before booking a room there, because if anything goes wrong even if it is their fault you are on your own. So beware!

Nous connaissions cet hôtel avant son rachat par le groupe Accor/Ibis. Hôtel très bien, chambres refaites et spacieuses belle salle de bains et calme quand on donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment ou côté cour. Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Bourg La Reine, à 5 minutes du RER. Seul bémol depuis le rachat, les prix ont augmenté de 40%: de 119€ à 167€(petit déjeuner compris). Cela fait cher les stickers rajoutés sur les portes d'entrée des chambres!!. Après les hôteliers s'étonnent que les clients vont chercher des solutions AirB !!! . Nous n'étions pas jusqu'à maintenant dans cet état d'esprit, mais compte tenu que nous sommes amenés à revenir régulièrement sur Bourg La Reine, nous envisageons sérieusement cette solution d'hébergement.
