I love this hotel 😭😭😭 like there is a beautiful beaches inside the hotel, a nice swimming pool there, and a delicious restaurant!! 😭😭 and there is musician performance at night (I really love it)!! The staff there are just sooo helpful!! Like our stingray city snorkelling trip got cancelled by the agent we booked, but then the captain in cayman sun splash tours just being SOOOO helpful, and he helped us calling different agent within cayman island, and eventually we make out stingray city trip before we left 😭😭 we re absolutely grateful for that!! Overall the experience is just soooo good for me & my frds, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!

We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely make it our hotel of choice whenever we go to Grand Cayman. We stayed in a loft room which had two single beds upstairs and a loft which worked perfectly for having two kids. Our boys who are 10 and 13 loved having their own private space which felt like their own bedroom upstairs and with such a high ceiling, it just feels so airy and bright and big compared to most hotels. The king bed was fantastic. My husband and I sleep in a king bed at home so when we go to hotels and have to share a double or a queen it always feels so compact and so we loved having a king bed. The mattress was super comfy, and the kids both said that their beds upstairs were more comfortable than their beds at home and they wished they could’ve taken them home with us , lol. The pillows were great as well, super comfortable and the extra sofabed and seating area were perfect for lounging so that we never felt we had to have anyone sitting on the bed when just chilling out in the room. The kitchen area was perfect for our needs as we were mainly just using the fridge for drinks and the microwave for reheating leftover Takeaway or restaurant food since we ate out every night that we were in Georgetown. But it was stocked fully with plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, etc. There We’re more than enough cupboards and drawers and closet space along with the usual electronic safe, ironing boards and hangars which were perfect. The included breakfast is down in their restaurant and it was absolutely perfect. It was à la cart instead of buffet style, which was great and the food was tasty and filling and every day when we left, we felt we had gone out to eat instead of just having a hotel breakfast so it was nice. The staff was amazing in every aspect at the hotel. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby and front desk staff were so incredibly accommodating and kind. Even the maintenance guys just exuded friendliness and were super accommodating. We had an issue with our AC on a couple of the nights and the staff immediately saw to the problem and had it fixed within minutes. The front desk continued to follow up after the fact to make sure that it was still working properly. The bathrooms have great hot water and nice water pressure in the shower and are clean and bright, and the fan and A/C kept the room wonderfully cool. The fan was huge and made it very easy for us to dry our wet clothes quickly, just simply draping them across the rail of the bathroom barn door. There is literally nothing that we can say bad about this place. The parking was super simple in the back and there was lots of it, with us never having to struggle to find a spot. The location is amazing, being right in the center of everything whether you’re going to West Bay or George Town or further. There’s a gas station right across the street that’s open 24 hours.
