checked in around 6 o’clock at night. They asked me to pay for my room in advance, so I did. Went up to the room that was listed as a suite. Of the dozen places we stayed over our three week trip in Italy. This was by far the, worst. They had two beds pushed together and individually made. The Wi-Fi could not connect and the air conditioner wouldn’t work. Now we are day 15 of our and we are supposed to have two nights in this 2 star hotel. We went straight back down and told them that we couldn’t sleep in a room without air-conditioning and needed Wi-Fi as all the TV channels were in Italian. The front desk lady was very nice but she said they can’t do refunds and I had to check with management. We left and found an incredible place last minute right next to the Vatican stayed there for two nights and then went on with our regular itinerary. Talk to management they said that they’re not having any problems with the Wi-Fi and they didn’t know they were having troubles with air-conditioning. They went on to say that they don’t do refunds. I could see paying for one night but not two when I was only in the room for a half an hour. It wasn’t that I was a no-show. It was very inconvenient for us to have to find another room but this hotel is like all hotels in Italy old but they haven’t done any updating since the 70s. The room looked like a jail cell.

A dainty quiet hotel situated ourside Rome. The room size was ample. Very clean also the towels and beddings. You will know they are newly washed. The staff are very friend and can understand basic English. Our includes a decent breakfast buffet with fresh juice, coffee, pastries and cold cuts.

Ci siamo fermati una notte perché in viaggio da nord a sud Personale molto gentile ma ci sono diverse cose da migliorare Nelle parti comuni dell’hotel e soprattutto nel ristorante l’odore del cibo era fortissimo, tanto da dover appendere gli indumenti fuori tutta la notte prima di poterli riporre in valigia Nelle stanze i materassi sono vecchi e guardandoli alzando le lenzuola anche macchiati, secondo me un albergo che vende “sonno” dovrebbe avere una attenzione al letto maniacale Materassi topper guanciali et etc… Oltre ad una manutenzione anche delle parti Peccato xche è molto comodo e grande Prezzo della camera e della cena in hotel giusto

Struttura con molte potenzialità ma non curata a sufficienza , considerando gli spazi disponibili. Colazione molto scarsa. Piscina non utilizzabile nonostante la prenotazione includesse l'ingresso in piscina. Pulizia minima. Personale alla reception molto cortese.
