Good hotel and very near to the West lake (East Gate). All between walking distance.

good to stay but still a bit far away from west lake, need to take taxi.

One of The best hotel in huizhou. Location is very convenient to access transport. You can visit the west lake and the shops anytime.

On the one hand, the hotel has everything you need basically, so you can have nice rest. On the other hand, you will always feel that your simple requests are making it difficult for the hotel staff. There is coffee unless you want to drink it. There are boats unless you want to ride them. The location of the hotel is not bad, but on the edge of good.

There was a cigarette smell everywhere, no refrigerator in the room, no restaurant for dinner at the hotel or near the hotel, difficult to get in and out by car. Nobody spoke a decent English.a complete disappointment

It's a good hotel with comfortable bed and environment. Very close to west lake, but looks a bit dangerous at night. Overall its a pleasant stay with good price!

The exterior of hotel is not aesthetically beautiful. The bedrooms are well appointed n clean. The location is in the middle of a village. Hard to get a taxi. Staff are not well trained especially the breakfast staff. The cook at egg station prepared over fried eggs and is not happy to cook to order. Service staff clears freshly brewed coffee left on the dining table when one goes to get other items. Very wasteful. Will not go back to this hotel again.

I just have a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. Hotel is very clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable. I have a very restful time at the hotel.

The hotel is well located at walking distance from the lake and some scenery spots. The front desk staff are super efficient and friendly. Check-in was done quickly and without any of the usual problems foreigners find at some hotels. The rooms are modern, clean and with good quality noise isolation. Comfortable beds and decent amenities. The breakfast is average. Good place for a couple of days in Huizhou downtown.
