This is one of the best experience I have with Shangri-la especially the service from the front desk is impeccable! Kudos to Erin王婷!! She’s the best!! She made our trip extra special! Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

Got a room overlooking Quancheng Square. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was exceptional with several Jinan famous foods. I can’t praise the breakfast enough. I loved my stay in this hotel.

Service was very good. We left esrly in the morning, before breakfast was served, and the people T the counter delivered a bag with breakfast for each of us.

Location and breakfast is very good. Some equipments are old such as no Smart TV and smart toilet

It was nice to stay in the hotel. The staff at the executive lounge were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Shangri-La Hotel Jinan.

Hotel location is great. Having great bar at lobby. Staff is great.

Nice gym. Room was a bit smelly when first walked in, but you sort of get used to that after a while. Not as ‘5 stars’ as I expected tho.

Location, facilities, service, views all great, JN Shangri-La with those employees, such as 耿文琪 made guests feel at home

Remarkable journey! Thank for the service from Shangri-la which makes me so comfortable and convenient during the trip. Especially when we first got here, Elena(whose Chinese name is Wang Na) helped a lot. I really appreciate all the help and service that she gave. The best time I have ever experienced! Beautiful scenery, lovely people, I shall come back again someday, hope to meet Elena, Shangri-la and Jinan again. ^_^

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.
