Firstly I would like to thank Trip com for contacting the hotel and the service you provided.
As for the service from the hotel, it was insulting.
Booked a deluxe balcony room with aircon but the aircon wasn't working and was then asked if I would like a fan, which I declined. I was moved to another deluxe room but was informed that I would have to move again the next day as it was pre-booked. Next day was when the fun began. I was then moved to a standard twin room next to a room under construction, which was impossible to stay in due to the constant drilling and banging. I explained this to the receptionist and was moved to the room below this with the same noise problems. Once again I'm moved and again into a standard twin room. Much better as there was less noise but still not the deluxe room I initially booked. It was then that I contacted Trip.com and explained the situation. After around an hour the receptionist came and I moved again into a family room with a balcony. The room was ok apart from only one half of the room was cleaned ( view the photos)
