Capella Sanya is a tropical paradise. I used my points to book a stay here, and it was worth every point. Location: Capella Sanya is located in the Tufu Bay Resort Area in Yingzhou Town, Lingshui Li Autonomous County, Hainan Province. It's a true resort destination, away from the hustle and bustle, and close to Sanya International Duty-Free City and Atlantis Water World. Check-in experience: • The day before check-in, the hotel contacted me to ask if I had any special requests. This personalized service was very thoughtful. • The hotel is not in the city center, but it's close to the beach. It has a Thai vibe and is very peaceful and comfortable. • The check-in process was very smooth, and the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I used my points to book the stay, and it felt like a great deal. • The hotel is luxuriously decorated with a traditional flavor. Every detail is exquisite and sophisticated, inspired by the ancient history of the Silk Road. • The room facilities are new, and smart devices such as curtains and toilets make the stay more convenient. • I was upgraded to a villa with a wide view, exquisite furniture, and a private pool overlooking the magnificent South China Sea. • The front desk recommended the hotel restaurant, and it was a great suggestion. The food and service were excellent, especially the Chinese food at the seaside restaurant. The pre-dinner bread was unforgettable. • The hotel bar and restaurant are on different floors, with great views, a wide variety of food, and excellent service. The evening ceremony at 18:30 is a must-see. The staff open a "Captain's Log" and tell the legendary story of this ancient trade route, and you can enjoy a free special cocktail. • The hotel offers coffee and cookies in the afternoon and happy hour in the evening. I didn't try them, but I heard they were great. Overall, Capella Sanya offers an excellent experience. The service, facilities, and location are all worth the price. If you're visiting Hainan Island, this is definitely a place to consider.
