Old Nanyang Dream, New Huangyan Life

This was a very surprising short trip! The hotel is full of Nanyang style, with flower tiles, Western-style corridors, European-style arched windows, rattan lounge chairs, and other tropical Nanyang-style decorations and furnishings. Every corner is beautiful and photogenic! The hotel has 9 retro Nanyang-style rooms, all of which are fully equipped with underfloor heating, a drying wardrobe, a fresh air system, etc. Our room was spacious and bright, with a retro ceiling fan slowly turning and a record player playing. The tranquility and romance of Nanyang life are perfectly interpreted here. Breakfast includes Chinese, Nanyang, and Western options. The ingredients are fresh and there is a wide variety to choose from! It is worth mentioning that the old coconut pigeon soup in the Nanyang-style set meal is very delicious. I heard that it was carefully boiled for more than 2 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework in advance. I only found out after I got home that the afternoon tea at this hotel is also worth a special trip! I can't believe I missed it... The service at the hotel is first-class. Special thanks to the butlers Ella and Eric. From the moment we booked, they carefully asked about our arrival time. Whenever we had any needs, they always responded quickly and professionally solved various problems. This thoughtful service made us feel at home.
